Pack 05 contains stages 15-17
Stage 15 contains the left inner exhaust pipe, diffuser and connecting tubes B.
Retrieve the carburettor assembled in stage 14 and the two connecting tubes 'B' supplied with this issue, then line up the 'D' shaped holes with the carburettor and push gently home. Take note that the two outer connecting tubes will have studs and the inner two are flat.
Take the silencer from issue 14 and remove the masking tape holding the two halves together, then take the outer silencer half and place the exhaust pipe over the first screw hole keeping the side with the cast markings facing you. Use a 'P' type screw to fix both together.
Next take the inner silencer half and place it over the outer making sure the three screw holes are correctly aligned, now use a 'P' type screw to fix together the two halves at the exhaust pipe end. Add another screw to the central hole then take the silencer diffuser and line it up with the notch and push home. Finally tighten a screw into the last hole.

Stage 16
Stage 16 contains the Upper left silencer inner and outer, Stand key and holder, Left silencer guard, insulators 'A' &'B' and Screws.
The two insulator's will have 'A' and 'B' moulded onto them, the insulator marked 'A' is fitted to the outer left side of the carburettor and the 'B' insulator is fitted to the outer right side. Line both up carefully with the 'D' shaped studs and push gently home.
Next take the outer silencer and tap the four holes as you have done before with a 'P' type screw. Then line up the silencer guard with the outer silencer and fix in position using two 'S' type screws.
Line up the inner silencer half and use masking tape to hold them together until needed.
Take the Honda (display stand) key and insert it into the holder.
This concludes Stage 16, store any assembled parts in a labelled plastic bag until needed.

Stage 17
Stage 17 contains, Outer left exhaust pipe, Diffuser and Insulator's 'C'.
The two insulator will have a 'C' moulded onto them, use both on the last two inner stud's on the carburettor, making sure to line up both with the 'D' shaped stud's and push gently home.
From the previous stage take the silencer and remove the masking tape. Now assemble it with the exhaust pipe as described in Stage 15.
Next lie the two silencers side by side and match up the two screw holes in the upper and lower silencers. Holding the silencers together use a self tapping 'G' type screw in the screw hole closest to the exhaust pipe and then use a 'B' type screw to fix at the silencer end.

Pack 6 contains stages 18-20
Stage 18 contains lower right inner and outer silencer, screws
Assemble the right lower exhaust pipe the same way as we did for the left one in Stage 14. Make sure you dont forget to tap the four screw holes.
This concludes stage 18, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 19 contains, lower right exhaust pipe and diffuser.
Assemble the exhaust pipe and diffuser with the silencer in the same way we did for the left side in Stage 15.

Stage 20 contains, inner and outer upper right silencer halves, silencer guard and screws.
Assemble the right upper silencer the same way we did in Stage 16, again dont forget to tap the four holes ready for the exhaust pipe.
