Stage 22 contains, shock absorber, threaded rod, screw.

For this stage you will need the small bag of grease from Stage 6, a tooth pick and a tissue.

Take the tooth pick and sqeeze a small amount of grease around the size of a grain of rice upon it. Locate the join between the sleeve and the damper and use the grease to lubricate this joint. Compress the shock absorber several times to spread the grease then wipe off any excess with a tissue.

This concludes stage 22, store any assembled parts in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 23 contains, shock absorber, threaded rod, screw.

For this stage you will need the small bag of grease from Stage 6, a tooth pick and a tissue.

Stage 23 is a repeat of Stage 22 but for the other shock absorber, so follow the instructions from that stage

This concludes stage 23, store any assembled parts in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 24 contains the rear wheel.

Take the wheel out of its packaging and check if any spokes are loose. If any are found re-glue them using a non whitening superglue the type that dries clear not white. Once the spokes are re-glued [if any] replace the wheel in its packaging.

This concludes stage 24, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Pack 8 contains stages 25-27

Stage 25 contains, air filter case's 'A' and 'B'

Take air filter part 'B' and line the studs up with the holes in air filter 'A' gently push home making sure that part 'B' is flush with the edge of part 'A' . Take care not to scratch or chip the paint finish when assembling the parts.

Its a good idea to test fit the carburetta and air filter box at this stage. Line up the side with only two studs with the two holes in the air box and push gently together. After checking for a good fit it is best to seperate the parts and store them safely.

This concludes stage 25, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 26 contains, the rear tyre

Check the rear tyre for any remnants of the moulding prossess or white bloom and if needed wash the tyre in warm soapy water to remove it and then allow to dry. At this stage the instructions say to fit the rear hub from stage 24 and then use the lubricating grease from stage 6 to protect the rubber tyre. The use of this grease for this purpose is not a good idea as it will very quickly attract dust and dirt to its surface. The best thing to do is wash the tyre as recomended and if it looks ok then just fit it to the hub or you can use a cloth that has been treated with silicon oil to give a protective coating as I have to the tyre, you can also use the silicon in the same way to treat the front tyre. After you are happy with the tyre's finish fit it to the hub as instructed.

This concludes stage 26, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.

Stage 27 contains, final drive sprocket.

To give the sprocket a more realistic appearance you will need an old tooth brush, toothpaste , cloth, metal polish and a protective coating of your choice. To do this wrap the toothbrush with the cloth and apply some toothpaste. Work the toothpaste around the sprocket as its a mild abrasive it with take of any storage marks.

When the desired appearance has been achieved use a metal polish to clean the sprocket then polish with a cloth. last of all add a protective coating again if you use the grease as in the instructions then it will atract dirt very quickly, my choice here was to use a coat of silicon but any coating of your choice will do.

This concludes stage 27, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number until needed.
