Pack 13 contains stages 41-44

Stage 41 contains the cylinder head top.

For this stage you will need the cylinder head cover from stage 11.

Identify from the pictures the top,bottom,front and rear of the part then add the cylinder top to the cylinder head. Hold both temporarily in position with a piece of masking tape.

This concludes stage 41, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Stage 42 contains the cylinder head.

For this stage you will need the cylinder head top from stage 41

Identify from the pictures the top,bottom,front and rear of the part then add the cylinder head to the cylinder head top. Hold both temporarily in position with a piece of masking tape.

Stage 43 contains the cylinder,tensioner and screws.

For this stage you will need the crankcase from stage 40 and the cylinder head assembly from stage 42

Take the cylinders with the hole in the centre facing towards you and then line up the tensioner making sure the cut out on the stud matches the hole and gentle push home. Next take the cylinder head assembly and join the cylinders to it and use two 'E' type screws to join the whole assembly together. Now take the crankcase and align the two studs with the holes in the cylinder head assembly pushing them together. Hold the two parts together and turn it over and use two 'E' type screws to join both parts.

This concludes stage 43, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Stage 44 contains the crankcase bottom,oil case and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine assembly from stage 43.

Line up the oil filter case with the two holes and push together then fix in place with an 'E' type screw. The inside of the crankcase bottom has two mounting hooks and a flange. Turn the engine assembly over and place the flange side into the crankcase then push the crankcase bottom forward until both hooks engage with the crankcase locking it in position.

This concludes stage 44, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Pack 14 contains stages 45-47

Stage 45 contains transmission case cover,gearshift pedal,gearshift arm,actuator and screws.

Take the gearshift pedal and put a spot of washing up liquid on its end then push the rubber cover in place then check that the tab on the lever fits into the recess on the actuator arm. After checking its fit take a 'B' type screw and tap the mounting hole in the gearshift lever. Take the transmission case and mount the gearshift lever into the hole and turn the assembly over. Put the actuator arm onto the gearshift lever making sure the tab and recess line up and fix in place with a 'B' type screw. Test the operation of the lever it should click when lifted up or pressed down if it doesn't adjust the screw until it operates correctly.

This concludes stage 45, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Stage 46 contains the kick starter arm and screws.

Check the operation of the arm and then use a 'B' type screw to tap the mounting hole in the arm.

Stage 47 contains the clutch cover, clutch cam,spring,cables A /B and screws.

For this stage you will need the engine from stage 44 and the kick starter arm from stage 46.

Take cable 'A' and insert the end into the left side of the cylinder head next take cable 'B' and insert it into the central left hole in the cylinder head.

Look at the hole in the clutch cover and find the cut out, insert the spring into this hole with the lower spring arm against the cut out. Now insert the kick starter making sure the tab on the kick starter engages with the upper spring arm. Next turn the assembly over and engage the cam with the tab and fix in place with a 'B' type screw. Check that the starter arm springs back to its start position when pushed down, if it sticks adjust the screw until it returns correctly.

Make sure the wire cable is mounted into its cut out and then line it up with the two holes in the engine and mount it into position ensuring the wire cable stays in place and then fix it in place using two 'M' type screws.

This concludes stage 47, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.
