For this stage you will need the carburettor from stage 17,air filter case from stage 25,centre stand stage 37, engine stage 47,right hand frame, fuel cock tubes and screws.

Take the air box and line up the projections on the carburettor and push both gently together then take the short tube 'A' and place it in the hole on the carburettor, place tube 'B' in the other hole. Next take the engine assembly and line up the four studs on the carburettor and push gently home. Then take the four lower carburettor tubes and insert them into the hole at the back of the engine where the sensor cable comes out of the engine assembly.

Take the left and right frame halves and inspect all the holes for flash if any is found remove it with a small file. Next place the engine assembly on its side so the right hand side is facing upwards and place the right hand frame over the engine. Push the pin on the top of the air box into its mounting hole then line up the frame with the two screw holes and use an 'E' type screw to fix the rear frame to the engine. Next use a 'Q' type screw with the wrench to fix the frame at the front.

Remove the fuel cock from the tank base and pull the two fuel cock tubes to the right side of the engine, mount the two tubes onto the fuel cock and replace it into the tank base. Next turn the engine and frame assembly over and place the centre stand into its mounting hole and then place the left frame over the assembly making sure to line up the studs on the air box and stand. Fix the two frames together using the same screws as before but noting an extra 'E' type screw is used to join the frame at the rear of the engine.

This concludes stage 49, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number future use.

Stage 53 contains an LED tester.

For this stage you will need the front fork stage 10, rear fender, left and right frames stages 51/52,battery box stage 52 and three AAA batteries.

Take the LED tester and prepare the sockets by cutting them as instructed and bending the cut sides forwards then add the batteries to the battery box and connect its connector to the black socket marked JP1. We will now test all the wiring that is currently fitted to the four assemblies listed above starting with the front forks. Take the green four pin connector and plug it into the tester marked JP5, the speedometer and tachometer should light up. Next test the yellow four pin connector again using JP5 and both indicators should light up, do the same with the white two pin connector by plugging it into JP3 and the headlight should light up. Next test the rear indicators on both frame halves by plugging in the connectors red and green into JP4 both should light up. The rear fender is next plug the green connector into JP3 and it should light up.

Next the sockets in the frames are tested these are actuated by the cams you fitted that open and close micro switches so if the red LED light on the tester fails to work check the cams are operating in the correct way first. The right frame half has three connectors red, yellow and white, the white 5 pin connector will not be tested. Take the red connector and connect it to JP2 on the tester then pressing down on the brake pedal should make the LED light up again do the same with the yellow connector but this time flick the kick starter to light the LED. There is one more circuit to test on the left frame this is the ignition cable again connect the blue two pin into JP2 the LED should light when you push the key into the key hole and off when you pull it out, do not try to turn the key as it is only a simple push in pull out type of switch and any attempt to turn it will result in it breaking. If any of the units tested fail to work replacements should be ordered.

This concludes stage 53, store any assembled parts safely in a bag labeled with the stage number for future use.
