Hi everyone Thought i would finally join in after seeing so much amazing work on this forum. I'm on issue 29 this week and my third repaint... Using andy's D.O.A paints now and have decided that this is the way to go. If anyones considering using the paints i can thoroughly recommend them.

here's a few more images of the hold area.. theres been some amazing work done with LED's by other builders but i'm not confident enough with them so have stuck just to painting...did make a little room for the circuitry bay and the computer terminal both from plasticard. adriuus attached the following image(s):

a couple of pics of the turret ring attached to the frame... its amazing how it strengthens the frame work and how much its starting to weigh !!!!! finding the bottom hull plating a bit of a drag at the minute...no real detail until the landing gear pods go on...but only a few more weeks and the hull will have reached the cockpit position and then we should start getting some more interesting parts.... adriuus attached the following image(s):

Lovely work Ade and lots of great detail work in the hold. I was really impressed by the extra strengh the frame received from the addition of the turret ring. Its certainly going to be a weighty model, 11kg I beleive

Thanks for the comments guys.... Judging by the look of issue 31 The bottom hull frame is going to come together pretty quickly now....looking forward to getting the plating attached properly to the frame... And were getting close to the ramp now so it will be interesting to see how that all comes together with the motorised elements.... Keep up the good work everyone !!!!

I have been wondering about this in my thread. I haven't been re-sizing my pics and the thread looks perfectly fine on my end. But I am not sure how others are viewing it. Charles R.
Building: DeAgostini Millennium Falcon...hasn't built a model since 1996...this is gonna be interesting!!
