Hi there folks
I am a new builder from Durban
Have subscribed to the McLaren MP4/4 build and have received my first set of parts.
Like some on the forum I have also decided to hold on until I have more parts to work with.
Hoping to pick up a few tips and ideas here, and help or suggestions will be appreciated

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone.
I want to start a build diary as soon as I start building, but that will still be a while as I am still about 2-3 weeks (post-office dependent) away from only receiving my second parcel.
For the SA guys...
I know the parcels come from Joburg, I have been to the warehouse a few years back, and I am in Pinetown.
First parcel arrived in just 5 days and was in good condition.
Here's hoping the rest of this subscription runs as smoothly.

Hi there all
So it has been a while...
I am now up to pack #5.
This is truly a great model and I am loving the info in the books of Senna and the people behind the scenes of this great driver and great car.
So far I haven't had any issues with the delivery of the parcels
Post office seems on the ball and packages arrive in good condition.
So grateful for that at least.
Was wonder about the "free" gifts of this build as well... (Malc & Grantj)
I see on the Jacklin webpage that one is directed to when subscribing, it states "no-gifts" and yet the Deagostini page advertises them.. a whole R700 worth!
FALSE ADVERTISING!!! :)
Any way.... really wanted that DVD....
Will start my build once I have received a few more packs
