That's right. The instructions also usually point out when to use super glue and when to use epoxy

And I can vouch it's not advisable to ever replace epoxy with super glue when the instructions say to use epoxy - even if you're as lazy as me. Unless you like tears, anguish, and doubling the work, then please go ahead, throw that pesky epoxy out. Blushing

I used epoxy for almost everything.Some of the parts I superlgued fell off as I handled the train.
