Stage 47
Your parts: Running boards base and upper, supports, air cooling tubes, Tube supports and screws.
Fix the three running board supports to the boiler and then add the running board base and upper to the supports. Next take the three sand tube supports from stage 41 and add them to the boiler side. From stage 45 take a joint 'A' and fix it to the air cooling pipe and then add the two supports. Now slide the cooling pipe end through the hole in the running board and then fix the air cooler pipe supports to the running board with two screws.
Stage complete,carefully store any remaining parts in a labelled bag for future use.

Stage 48
Your parts: Compressor body, compressor base, pistons, regulator, supports and screws.
Assemble the compressor parts by first adding the two pistons and then the base part. Next add the regulator to the compressor side then add support 'B' to the rear of the compressor body. Take support 'A' and fix it to the boiler with two screws and then fix the compressor assembly to the bracket with two more screws.

Stage 49
Your parts: Left air tank, inspection lid, tube, regulator and screws.
On the left hand running board there are two rectangular holes the smaller one under the boiler steps is where the inspection cover is to be glued in place. Now add the last joint 'A' along with the two pipe brackets to the cooling tube provided with stage 45 and fix it in position the same way you fixed the right cooling tube.
Take the air tank and feed the hole in its end onto the pipe that was fed through the hole in the running board then fix it in place with two screws. Next take the pre bent tube 'B' from stage 45 and add it to the hole on the left side of the compressor then use a joint 'B' to join the tube to the air cooling pipe.

Stage 50
Your parts: Water pump parts, support, steam pipe, supply pipe, hydrant and screws.
Assemble the water pump parts and then add the bracket to the right hand side of the boiler. Fix the water pump assembly to the bracket with two screws.

Stage 51
Your parts: Right air tank, lid, tube, regulator and screws.
Take the inspection lid and glue it onto the oblong hole on the right running board under the boiler steps. Fit the right air tank in place in the same way as you fitted the left hand one making sure you secure the cooling pipe in the same way. Use the last joint 'B' from stage 45 to fix the short curved pipe to the upper air cooling pipe making sure the pipe follows the curve of the boiler.

Stage 52
Your parts: Running board left base and upper, supports, box, coupling gear and screws.
Fix the supports to the left boiler and fire box and then add the running boards in the same way as you fitted the other running boards securing the board with 11 screws. Next take the oil box and coupling gear and add them both to the running board.

Stage 53
Your parts: Running board right upper and base, supports, box, tank and screws.
Fix the right running board in the same way you did the left side running board and then add the oil box and boiler tank to the running board. Next take the water supply pipe from stage 50 and add the hydrant to it. Fit the assembled pipe to the upper left hand hole in the water pump making sure it is angled correctly.

Stage 54
Your parts: Cab, support and screws.
From stage 31 take the two terminals and the connector. Fix the terminals to the headlamp wire then insert them into the connector making sure both cables are fully inserted into the connector. Next attach the cab support to the cab with two 3mm screws. Line up the cab with the rear of the firebox and fix it in place with four screws.

Stage 54
Your parts: Cab, support and screws.
From stage 31 take the two terminals and the connector. Fix the terminals to the headlamp wire then insert them into the connector making sure both cables are fully inserted into the connector. Next attach the cab support to the cab with two 3mm screws. Line up the cab with the rear of the firebox and fix it in place with four screws.

Stage 55
Your parts: Cab floor A/B, edging, stays and screws.
Take the 'L' shaped stays 'C' and fix them to the lower cab floor 'B' with four screws then fix this assembly to the upper cab floor. Loosen the four screws holding the cab sides in place and then slide the cab floor under the cab sides making sure the floor slots into the gap below the backhead. Adjust the cab sides and floor until all the fixing holes line up and then add the two 'A' stays to the cab floor and chassis. Once all the screw holes line up with the floor and cab sides retighten all the screws.
Next take stays 'B' and fix them to the inside of the cab floor along each side with screws. Now fit the two white painted cab edges and add them to the bottom of the cab sides, adjust and screw in place.
