Martyn Ingram wrote: Nice work Greyhawk, what happened to the lower gallery? Rgd Martyn Well, I either built the cow too pregnant or the lower balcony too slim, in any case there was no way the balcony was going to fit. Unfortunately I followed the instructions and had it already planked, so instead of ripping apart the balcony and rebuilding it wider I tried to sand it to shape and ended up taking off too much material. So now I'm going to rebuild the whole thing entirely from scratch. The middle balcony has the same problem, but I've not glued it yet, so I can just add a bit of material as needed between the central structure and the arms.

Thanks for the heads up on the gallery Greyhawk. Just had a look at mine and it seems to fit ok but have only the first planking on and it's going to take a bit more time as I have damaged the ligament in my elbow and planking is a bit painful at the moment Rgd Martyn Building ? WIP during stage 90 Cutting those gratings sapped my will to live. Is there any trick to having them not break while cutting them?
