 Thanks guys... Keeping EVERYTHING crossed that there will be no loose servo cables that will hinder Robi's movement. There is a very small gap at the top part of his chest...I won't put any more pressure on him as I don't want to pinch the servo cables. I will add a small piece of cream tape once he is completed. Job done!!  It will be his birthday tomorrow!!!  Chris.
