I can check my R2 D2 subscription easily online by visiting ocss.deagostini.co.uk. Tells me when it is being sent, when I paid and even if a reminder has been sent. I tried all the numbers on my first Millenium Falcon package and none seem to work.
What I have not been able to do is the same for my Millenium Falcon build. I got my first package last month. Cannot see anything further on the model-space website (it is showing the order for the subscription).
So anyone know how I can find out when each pack is shipped, and then status of my subscription.

The only way to check at the moment is to call customer services.
