As a beginner to modeling I have referenced the manuals and find very difficult to follow so I have made my own methods of doing things.
Please look at the photos and let me know what you think and offer advice if possible.

1. Attach rigging to Clump Block
2. Using a clamp set the Clump Blocks at the required distance
3. Coat the yarn with glue turning it into a needle
4. Connect the Blocks together with the yarn
5. Complete by tying go the loose ends

I hope this is of interest to you all

Thanks. Terry

Well Shipmate
Now I understand the meaning of "learning the ropes". Confused all the Rigging is complete together with the Stays and Bracing now to raise the sails Drool

Looks amazing Terry. They look good when half rigged but like you say as soon as sails start being fitted they transform in to a proper ship.

Rigging one of these ships can be very challenging but the trick is simply to take your time with it. You're certainly doing a great job so far, she's looking amazing.....Drool Drool .. Very well done....
