We are using a 9v battery to power the board.We need to install a switch between the battery and the board.If we dont have the switch the DFPlayer would drain the battery because it draws current even when it is not playing sound.

SO here is the finished board.

The final step is to add the sound files to the SD card. The DFplayermini can play mp3 files. You can record you own effects using free software like audacity. I grabbed some short clips from youtube and recorded the sound.

The files have to be named in a specific manner for the DFPLAyer to read.

You can store 4 different files -one for each button on the transmitter

the files must be labelled;

0001.mp3
0002.mp3
0003.mp3
0004.mp3



File 0001 is triggered by pressing button A
File 0002 is triggered by pressing button B
File 0003 is triggered by pressing button C
File 0004 is triggered by pressing button D
