I had the same exact problem. I am building the Ferrari 312T4. Right before i reported a couple of missing parts. I called, they said it would be shipped from the UK. After 3 weeks i contacted them again and they said the UK was out of those parts but would send brand new complete phases with those parts in it from the TN, USA office. Its been a week and am still waiting for shipping confirmation
