Hi all,
So I came across this build after a video popped up on YouTube so I thought wow and went ahead an ordered it going with 12 month subscription. The 1st batch has arrived but its only block 3 & 4 where is block 1 & 2?
obviously if this is out of production and I'm not able to complete the build I'm wasting my time.
I've tried contacting c/s be better of using a chocolate kettle...

 Hi Craig and first of all welcome to the forum. Like you, I too have just signed up to this build. One thing I can assure you of is that if you have started this build, you WILL be able to finish it, as they wouldn’nt take an order they cannot fulfil. With Covid19 there are going to be delivery issues, but please bare with them. At the end of the day you will have a complete model that you, and everyone else, could be proud of  Regards Gray

Hi Craig As you are resident in GB the best number to ring C/S on is 0333 240 1227. If you give them your details and subscriber number they should be able to give you a status update on your deliveries. You may rest absolutely easy. You WILL get your full sub, but with the delays caused by the chaotic world situation. You’ll have to be patient until the supply chain gets sorted.

I just subbed as well and got the first 4 issues.
I’m going to call Monday and see if I can get the next 6 months advanced shipped :)
If there is a missing or back ordered issue they won’t be able to ship all 6 months only to the latest issue available.
We will see...
Also I noticed that the hull parts are all painted and weathered... is this an update? Is there a list of current updates they have made from the original?
Looking forward to the build!

Welcome in! We like to see pics, AND build logs!
I believe that everything up to pack 13 is in stock in the US. I’m not 100% on the though.
All the builds you see that are weathered, are the modelers work. The base kit has VERY light weathering, and basic panel colors. Most are doing a 109% repaint, with Archive-X colors being the most accurate.

I am currently up to issue 48 and now it seems the Falcon has been taken down, not sure if they are just experiencing stock shortage or they are discontinuing the product, I sure hope not as I really want to complete this build. Has anyone heard anything? I see the R2D2 and X-wing have also disappeared.

All movie related product will be moving over to FanHome, a subsidiary of DeAgostini, much the same as ModelSpace. You’ll be getting your full subscription.
As I understand it, DeAgostini/ModelSpace are trying to navigate all the new Brexit regulations, and associated charges without the customer being billed. We’ve already seen customers being billed postage for product shipped from outside the UK.
Not much help, I know. Blame it on the politicians.

As long as I can complete my build that’s great! I know we have to expect some delays at the moment given the circumstances. I was just a bit worried as I have invested quite a bit of time and money in upgrading some of the parts I already have such as the hold, corridors and cockpit.

Did you ever get your parts? I've recently passed month 36 of my "25 month" subscription, it's been eight months since I heard anything and with just one month of packs until completion, I'm increasingly concerned I'm gonna end up with 96% of a Falcon.  TD&W

Well for those waiting around : There is Hope! (Sort-of) The final box arrived. I went back and checked my email, it's 38 months almost to the day after signing up. Admittedly they left out the top painting reference and double charged me for the last box  but at least in my case the "wait long enough and you'll get all the parts" promise seems to have been good. Time to warm up the airbrush! TD&W
