Hello:

Today I "celebrate" 2 years since I've received a pack for the Lamborghini Countach. NO communication whatsoever. I contacted model-space by phone 6 months ago. They gave the story of how many items were stuck in ports etc. I politely requested a refund. I was told that I could return any unopened packs for company credit. As many builders do, I was building the kit each month as the packs came in. I don't know what else to do. I would much rather be told by someone that I should just throw everything away and move on. I currently have a very expensive door stop. I am exactly 75% complete.

I hate to come across as bitter but I am really sick of this company.
