Issue 4
The Right Hand
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Note: Before we start this issue, I thought I would give a little handy tip, pardon the pun. All the finger parts have numbers on them to correspond with each finger. They are very hard to see particularly the end joint part where the number is on the ball joint, took me ages to find that. The parts are numbered 1 to 5, so all the 1’s go together 2’s, and so on. I selected them in order of each finger and placed them ready to assemble. Once assembled I then kept them in order. Let’s get started. Picture 2 shows all the parts laid out in order. We start with the thumb, picture 3. Press the two fingertip parts together, picture 4. I also found it easier to attach the RP screw and spring, by putting the spring over the screw as shown in picture 5. Screw it in as shown in picture 6, making sure it is a tight fit. Next, we do the same with the index finger, parts number 2, picture 7. These remaining fingers have three parts to them as seen in picture 8. Proceed with the remaining 3 fingers until they are all complete. Picture 9. Take the metal part of the hand and attach the 2 joint parts with 2xBM screws as shown in pictures 10, 11 and 12. Now place the fingers in order into the inner hand assemble as shown in picture 13 and place over the top hand part and fix with 2xBM screws, picture 14. Note: be careful when screwing these, as they need to be tight, but do not over tighten. Wind back the screw when you get some resistance then continue to work the screw in. Now place the top hand part over the hand assembly and snap into place with the two magnets.
The final assembly for this issue is seen in picture 15.

Issue 6
The Right Elbow Joint
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue. Gather the parts as shown in picture 2. Place the nut inside one of the halves of the elbow joint as shown in picture 3. Next, hold the nut in place using the small bracket and secure with 2 x KP screws, picture 4. Place the spring and gear in the opposite half of the elbow joint as shown in picture 5. Take the assembly from issue 5 along with the two halves of the elbow joints, picture 6 and place the elbow joint over the spring gear as shown in picture 7. Now connect the other half and secure it with the long screw provided with this issue, picture 8. Next, secure the remaining half with 2 x BP screws, picture 9. Insert the elbow joint into the sleeve as shown in picture 10 making sure the screw holes are positioned as shown in picture 11. Attach the outer plate from issue 5 and indicated in picture 12. Turning the assembly over and secure with 2 x CM screws, picture 13.
Picture 14 shows the final assemble for this stage.
