Issue 27
The Left Thigh
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Take the top of the outer rear thigh (27B), the bottom outer rear thigh (27A) along with 2 CP screws and a connector (27C), picture 2, and attach the two outer thigh parts with the connector and the 2 CP screws as shown in picture 3. Now attach this assembly with the rest of the thigh you assembled in issue 26, starting with the top connector as shown in pictures 4 and 5. Finish this assembly by fitting the final connector, picture 6.
Now attach the outer thigh to the leg assembly, picture 7. Fix the part using 4 EP screws, picture 8. Fit 2 more EP screws as shown in picture 9.
Note: Use a magnetic screwdriver to stop the screw falling inside the leg assembly. Place the leg assembly horizontally on a smooth surface and enter the screwdriver at an angle perpendicular to the surface.
Finally, place the plate (27D) by push fitting it into the leg as shown in picture 10.

Issue 28
The Left Thigh
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Place the left thigh front cover (28A) onto the thigh assembly. Fit the upper post first and then push the rest of the piece into place, picture 2. Secure with 2 x BM screws and 2 x BP screws as shown in picture 3. Place the thigh rib (28C) onto the thigh cover, pictures 4 and 5. Place the thigh OCP plate (28B) onto the thigh cover, picture 6.
Cover the circular hole on the side of the thigh with the outer hip cover (28D), picture 7. Cover the screw hole on the inner thigh with the screw cap (28E), picture 8.
Retrieve the inner thigh detail from issue 24 and snap it into position as shown in pictures 9 and 10. Note, it has two pins, one thicker than the other, so it will only fit one way.

Issue 29
The Right Calf
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Retrieve the right foot assembly from issue 2. Place the washer (29C) onto the protruding cylinder, followed by the spring (29D), picture 2. Take the ankle joint support (29B) and assembly it as shown in picture 3, making sure the washer and spring are held between the two pieces. Secure with an RM screw. Once assembled, check the ankle support for movement.
Next, position the inside of the right calf (29A) on the joint support and secure it with an FM screw as shown in picture 4.

Issue 30
The Right Leg Support.
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.
Fit the ball mount (30c) over the ball joint from the upper rod clamp (30A), picture 2. Now fit the other half of the ball mount (30D) and secure with 2 x BP screws as shown in picture 3.
Unscrew the AM screw in the lower rod holder to release the support rod, picture 4. Insert the thin end of the rod through the wider hole of the upper rod clamp, picture 5, until it stops at the other end. Replace the support rod back to its original position, picture 6.
Complete the assembly by inserting the upper rod clamp cap (30A), picture 7.
