Issue 51

The Waist

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Take the lumbar joint support (51A) and place the larger friction block (51D) inside with the convex side facing outwards, picture 2. Next, place the small friction block (51E) over the top of the larger one, picture 3.

Insert the upper lumbar joint (51C) onto the inner recess and over the friction blocks, pictures 4 and 5.

Attach the upper lumbar support (51B) and secure it with 4 x BP screws, picture 6.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Assembling the Waist

Fit the lower lumbar joint support (52A) into the front inner waistband (52B) and secure it with 3 x BP screws, picture 2.

Take the assembly from issue 51 and fit inside 52A and secure it with 2 x BP screws.

Fit the lumbar connector (53A) into the assembly from the previous issue, picture 2 and 3. Turn the assembly over and secure it with an EP screw, picture 4.

Issue 54

The Waist

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.


Fit the seat (54A) onto the leg assembly. The four pins on the inside of the seat fit into the corresponding holes in the rear of the pelvis, picture 2.

You will need a longer screwdriver than the one supplied. Picture 3 shows where the first EP screw is located. The second screw is on the opposite side in the mirror position.

Then fix two CP screws into the lower holes in the pelvis as shown in picture 4.

The Base
Fit the connectors into the underside of the base as shown in picture 5 using EP screws
