For anyone, who for any reason has missed this email about deliveries I have reproduced it below:
Dear customer,
We would like to inform you of a current situation affecting our shipping services. Recently, our parcel courier Yodel announced they would temporarily pause shipments for certain companies due to an overloaded network during the festive period.
As a result, Yodel has informed us they cannot handle further parcels from our warehouse at this time. The last collection occurred on December 16th, and any orders placed from December 17th onward will be held at our warehouse until the next scheduled collection, planned on January 7th.
Rest assured, your subscription remains active, and all e-commerce purchases will be honoured and delivered next month. Please note that, due to this exceptional situation, subscription packages will continue to be generated every 30 days, with associated payments processed, even if a previous package is still in transit.

Please note that our customer service team will not have additional tracking updates until after January 7th for UK deliveries.
