STAGE 57A:
Rear bulkhead.
Pic 1: Fit the two brackets, parts 2 x 57B onto the bulkhead, part 57A.
Pic 2: Fix the brackets in place from behind using 2 x AP screws.
Pic 3: Fix the light board (commonly known as the Christmas tree) part 57C in place on the bulkhead.
Pic 4: Fix from behind using 2 x GP screws.
Pic 5: Fit the two pipes, 57E and 57F in place on the panel, part 57D. Note that the two pipes are different and will only fit in their correct locations.
Pic 6: Fix the assembled panel to the bulkhead.
Pic 7: Fix the panel in place using 2 x AP screws from behind.

STAGE 57B:
Pic 8: Fit the panel, part 57G in place on the left end of the bulkhead. It will only fit one way up.
Pic 9: Fix the panel in place with 2 x AP screws from behind.
Pic 10: Fit the pipe, part 57H in place at the top of the previously fitted panel. It will only fit one way. Fix from behind using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 11: Fit the socket unit 57I to the bulkhead next to the gold panel, part 57D.
Pic 12: Fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 13: Fit the other socket unit, part 57J to the left end of the bulkhead and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 58A:
Rear bulkhead and Flux Capacitor.
Pic 1: Fit the two parts of the flux capacitor together – parts 58B and 58C.
Pic 2: Fix them together from behind with 3 x AP screws. Do not over tighten the screws.
Pic 3: Fit the front cover, part 58A in place and fix with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 4: Fit the flux capacitor assembly in place on the rear bulkhead, part 57A.
Pics 5 & 6: Press-fit the two pipes, parts 58D and 58G in place.
Pic 7: Fix the flux capacitor in place using 2 x BP screws from behind.

STAGE 58B:
Pic 8: Fit the large pipe, 58E in place on top of the flux capacitor and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 9: Fix the smaller pipe, 58F in place and fix from behind with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 10: Fit the large gold pipe, 58H to the right side of the flux capacitor and fix from behind using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 11: Fit the LED wire, part 58J so that the LED is in the centre rear of the flux capacitor.
Pic 12: Bend the wire tabs over so they are flat to the bulkhead and fix the wire between the two screw posts. Secure them using the small tab 58K and fix with 1 x AP screw.
Pic 13: The LED is not a tight fit in its location so you might find it advantageous to secure the wires close to it using a piece of tape. This is at the builder’s discretion.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 59A:
Rear bulkhead and wiring.
Pic 1: Fit the hose 59A to the rear bulkhead, just to the right of the flux capacitor.
Pic 2: Fit the two clips, parts 59E to the longer hose, 59D. Note: the printed instructions incorrectly tell you to space the clips at 30mm. They should be 15mm apart.
Pic 3: Fit the clips into the holes just below the light board on the right of the bulkhead.
Pic 4: Fit the hose 59C to one of the pins on the fan unit, part 59B.
Pic 5: Fit the fan unit to the bulkhead and fix from behind with 2 x AP screws.
Pic 6: Feed the hose under the flux capacitor and connect it to the left pin.
Pic 7: Connect the long hose, 59D to the other pin on the fan unit.
Pic 8: Fit the two LED units on wire 59F into the holes on the rear of the light unit.

STAGE 59B:
Pic 9: Place the wires between the two screw posts on the bulkhead and secure them with the tab 59G and 1 x AP screw.
Pic 10. Retrieve the main car assembly and position the rear bulkhead in place behind the seats. Connect the hose 49H from behind the driver’s seat to the right pin under the flux capacitor.
Pic 11: Turn the whole assembly over and fix the bulkhead to the main car using 4 x FP screws.
Pic 12: Shows the bulkhead fitted.
Pic 13: Fix the large silver hose beside the passenger seat to the bulkhead with 1 x FP screw.
Pics 14 & 15: Connect the two plugs ‘16’ and ‘15’ to the PCB.
Pic 16: Connect the large plug unit 43A to the PCB taking note of L and R (left and right)
Pic 17: Connect the other end of hose 59A to the hole just beside the flux capacitor.

STAGE 59C:
Pic 18: Connect the hose 49D from next to the passenger seat to the lower hole in the socket unit next to the flux capacitor. This hose can be identified as it has a larger plug then the others next to it.
Pic 19: Connect the other two black hoses, 49C to the middle sockets on the panel.
Pic 20: Connect the large wire bundle plug 49E to the top hole in the socket.
Pics 21, 22, 22A & 23: The printed instructions show the following hose connections on the bulkhead but you will find it far easier to remove the socket unit 57J keeping the screw safely, and connect the plugs before re-fitting the socket to the bulkhead.
Pics 24, 25 & 26: Connect the wire plugs ‘19’ ‘22’ and ‘23’ to the PCB.

STAGE 59D:
Pics 27 & 28: Connect the wire plugs ‘6’ ‘8’ ‘9’ ‘10’ ‘11’ and ‘12’ to the PCB.
Pic 29: Locate the wire with the + and – markings, tucked down near the rear passengers side wheel arch. Connect it to the pins on the right of the PCB.
Pic 30: Fit the interior assembly in place on the floor of the car.
Pic 31: From under the front driver side wheel arch, make sure the steering column hooks into the steering bracket.
Pic 32: Make sure all of the loose wires are exiting from behind the passenger side of the bulkhead.
Pics 33 and 34: Fix the interior to the main floor using 4 x DM screws.
Pic 35: Fit the steering column retaining bracket, part 59H in place just next to the driver’s front wheel arch and secure it with 2 x BM screws.
Pic 36: Shows the completed stage.

STAGE 60:
Body shell:
Pic 1: Remove the 6 x screws holding the three support bars to the body shell.
Pic 2: Support bars removed.
Pic 3: Fit the springs and lock pins, parts 60D and 60E together.
Pic 4: Fit the assembly into the locating slot at the front edge of the door frame.
Pic 5: Repeat on the other side of the body.
Pic 6: Fit the retaining plate 60B in place and secure with 1 x AM screw.
Pic 7: Repeat on the other side of the body.
Store the assembly safely for now.
