STAGE 3A:
Front bumper.
Locate the front bumper, the grille and the two small black spacers – parts 3A, 3B and 2 x 3E.
Pic 1: Fit the grille inside the bumper with the name ‘Peugeot’ facing out. Fit the two spacers over the fixing posts on the bumper. They will only fit one way.
Pic 2: Secure the parts together using 2 x SM screws.
Pic 3: Fit the left grille bracket, part 3C in place and fix using 2 x SM screws.
Pic 4: Fit the right grille bracket in the same way and fix with 2 x SM screws.
Pic 5: Locate the front left fender, part 3F, to fit into the locating holes on the front bumper. Pic 6 shows the part fitted.
Pic 6A: Fit the right fender, part 3G in the same way.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 3B:
Pic 7: Locate the left light unit parts 3H and 31. (The right light unit uses parts 3M and 3N, and assembles in the same way) Fit the parts together by locating the tab on part 3H in the slot on the lower rear of part 3I. Make sure the lamp body, 3I is tilting upwards in relation the bracket, 3H. Assemble the right units in the same way.
Pic 8: Fit the chrome lamp reflector, part 3J into the front of the lamp assembly. The pin on the rear of the reflector will lock the lamp and bracket together. Both left and right lamps assemble in the same way.
Pic 9: Fix both lamp assemblies together using 2 x ACP screws in the back.
Pic 10: Fix the left lamp assembly to the top left of the bumper and fix using 2 x SM screws.
Pic 11: Press the lamp lens, part 3K in place.
Pic 12: Fit one of the ‘Cibie’ covers, part 3L to the front of the lamp.
Pic 13: Fit the right lamp assembly to the right side of the bumper in the same way using 2 x SM screws, then fit the lens, part 3K and the cover, part 3L.
PICS 14 & 15: Retrieve the headlamp assemblies, Parts 1C and 1D from the previous stages. Fit the lamps to the top of the front bumper and secure using 1 x AM screw in each. Make sure the angle sides of the lamps are towards the centre of the bumper.

STAGE 4:
Left door.
Pic 1: Locate the window parts 4E and 4F. For both parts lay them curved side uppermost.
The small window, 4F has two small grooves along two opposite sides. These are top and bottom, not to the sides. Lay the window in the locating grooves on the frame, 4E.
Pic 2: Lay the window, part 4D on top of the parts just assembled. There are small locating pins on the inside of the window that fit in matching holes on the frame, part 4E. Lift the window and frame and press the parts together, taking care not to let the small window 4F fall out.
Pic 3: Attach the outer window cover, part 4G to the frame, part 4E. There are locating pins on the edges of part 4G that match holes in the frame. Secure the parts using 2 x NP screws. Do not overtighten the screws.
Pic 4: Lay the main door panel part 4A face down on a soft surface and fit the window assembly by tucking the upper edge under the metal ridge at the top inside of the door frame. The lower edge of the window has two fixing tabs that should fit over matching screw posts on the inside of the door.
Pic 5: Fix the window in place using 2 x SM screws in the bottom screw posts. Do not over tighten the screws.
Pic 6: This shows the fitted window.
Pic 7: Remove the backing paper from the mirror, part 4C and press it in place in the mirror body, part 4B.

STAGE 5A:
Transmission case.
Pics 1 & 2: Locate the transmission case parts 5A, 5B and 5C. Fit the parts together as shown in pic 2 and secure using 2 x AM screws.
Pics 3 & 4: Locate the left driveshaft parts, 5H, 5J and 5K. Fit the parts together as shown in pic 4 and fix using 1 x AP screw.
Pic 5: Fit the rubber boot, part 5L to the driveshaft assembly and fix using 1 x RP screw down the middle of the boot. NOTE: The printed instructions incorrectly call this screw PR.

STAGE 5B:
Pic 6: Fit the assembly to the left side of the transmission case, part 5D. The part is labelled ‘L’ on the inside. Fix using 2 x AP screws. The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 7: Repeat the assembly of the drive shaft for the right side using parts 5I, 5J, 5K and 5L, 1 x AP screw and 1 x RP screw. Fit the assembly to the right side of the transmission case, part 5E. The part is labelled ‘R’ on the inside. Fix using 2 x AP screws. The parts will only fit one way.
Pic 8: Retrieve the transmission case assembly (pics 1 & 2) and fit it to the right assembly just made.
PIC 9: Fit the left transmission assembly in place and secure using 2 x AM screws.
Pic 10: Fit the housing bracket part 5F to the end of the assembly. It will only fit one way around but make sure you fit it the correct way up.
Pic 11: Fit the drive shaft stop plate, part 5G in place and fix using 4 x BM screws.
