Hi All, 
Looks like the deffective part in issue 21, is going to take a little longer to arrive. So, I`m jumping to issue 24 where a new section of the build starts. I will return to the earlier stages, as soon as the replacement part arrives.
Issue 24: We start Tyrannosaurus Dinozord`s Head.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1.
Place the top of the head 24.1 and the outer head plate 24.2 together, as in Pic 2. Then hold the parts in place and from underneath, fix them together using 4 x 24.9 PWB screws as shown in Pic 3.
Position the LED board 24.8 inside the inner eye support(L) 24.6, as shown in Pic 4. Place the left eye 24.4 inside the head, Pic 5 and then position the previous assembly over it and fix it in place with 2 x 24.9 PWB screws, as in Pic 6.
Now construct and fit the right eye in the same manner. See Pics 7 - 9.
Finally, press fit the teeth 24.3 into the head as shown in Pic 10. The final assembly for this issue is shown in Pic 11.

Hi All, 
Here`s issue 25 of Megazord, coming to you in two parts for ease of viewing.
All parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from issue 24 and the three horned head from the end of issue 4.
Press fit the lower teeth 25.3 into the bottom jaw 25.2 as in Pic 2. Then add the inner mouth part 25.4, Pic 3 using a small amount of glue if required. Now add a bush 25.12 to each of the jaw pivots, as in Pic 4. Put the assembly to one side for now.
Position the left inner ear 25.6, to the left side of the head from issue 4 and fix it in position with a 25.15 PB screw, Pic 5.
Place a silicone washer 25.13 onto a head pivot 25.9, then pass the pivot through the neck (from the inside) on the left side and add a further silicone washer 25.13 on the outside of the neck. Indicated in Pic 6. Keepimg the pivot and washers in place, position the neck on the inside of the left ear. Fix the neck/ear together from the outside using a 25.14 washer and a 25.15 PB screw as in Pic 7. Finally (for now) position the left outer ear 25.5 in place, Pic 8 and fix it into position from the inside using a 25.15 PB screw, Pic 9.

Issue 25 Part B coming up.
Take the lower jaw assembly from part A and install the left pivot as shown in Pic 10.
Start the assembly of the right jaw hinge with the pivot 25.9 and 2 x 25.13 silicone washers as indicated in Pic 11. Now hold the pivot in place and add the inner right ear 25.8, fixing the parts together with a 25.14 washer and PB screw into the pivot and a PB screw in the forward position, Pic 12. Now fit the right outer ear 25.7, Pic 13 and secure it using a 25.15 PB screw as shown in Pic 14. For this section of the build, you now need to fit the cable retainers 25.10 (left) and 25.11 (right) around the cables as shown in Pic 15. That completes the Tyrannosaurus head, Pic 16.
Retrieve the Megazord head from the end of issue 4, fold the side horns backwards and place it behind the Tyrannosaurus head, Pic 17. Slide the two heads together and fit the two neck pivot pins 25.16 (3rd is a spare) to complete this issue, Pic 18.
Pics 19 and 20 show the two positions of the heads. That`s all for this update.

This is the update for issue 26 of Megazord, where we start on the Tyrannosaurus left arm.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1.
Place the claw internal part 26.4, inside the claw 26.2 and fix it in place using a PM screw as in Pic 2.
Now add a silicone washer 26.8 onto the spindle of the claw 26.3, Pic 3 and then add the left forearm 26.7 and add a further silicone washer 26.8, Pic 4. Now add the original claw 26.2 from this issue onto the spindle and fix it all together using a 26.9 washer and a PM screw, as in Pic 5. Turn the assembly over and add a silicone washer 26.8 to the spindle, Pic 6. Now add the claw joint 26.6 and fix it in position using a PB screw as shown in Pic 7.
Take the claw 26.1 and fix the internal part 1 26.5, inside it with a PM screw, Pic 8.
Place another silicone washer 26.8 as shown in Pic 9 and fit the claw 26.1 in place engaging the nylon hook fitted earlier. Then secure the assembly wit a washer 26.9 and PM screw, Pic 10. That`s all for this update, Pic 11.

Here`s the next update, with issue 27.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the left arm construction from the previous update.
Take the assembly from issue 26 and fit a spindle 27.5 into it as shown in Pic 2.
Now fit the second spindle 27.5 into the left elsow cover (1) 27.1 as indicated in Pic 3. Place the elbow part 27.2 onto the spindle that is in the end of the forearn, Pic 4 and press the second half of the elbow 27.1 onto the other side as in Pic 5.
To finish this issue, add the screw covers 2 x 27.3 as shown in Pics 6 and 7, with a tiny drop of glue if required.
Keep the unused part 27.4 safely for later use, shown in Pic 8
