Hi All,
Well my replacement part arrived and I`ve been straight back on it, so here is the update for issue 21.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1. You will also need the Triceratops head from issue 20.
Start with the horn part 21.1 and place the largest ring of a chain 21.9 as shown in Pic 2. Add the second half of the horn 21.2, pressing firmly into place, Pic 3.
NOTE: A very small spot of glue may be required at the tip. Be very careful.
Repeat the process above and construct the right horn in the same manner, parts 21.3, 21.4 and 21.9. Completed horns shown in Pic 4.
Bring the head assembly from issue 20 to the table and fit the left chain box 21.6 with a PB screw, then fit the right box 21.7 with a secomd PB screw. All shown in Pic 5. Then fit the horns support 21.8 with 2 x PB screws, Pic 6.
Now fit the loose end of the horn chains to the head, using 2 x PWB screws as in Pic 7 and then add the chain box cover 21.5, fixing it into position with a PB screw, Pic 8.
To finish, feed each chain into its box and locate the horn into its mounting point. Pics 9 and 10.

Hi All,
Back again playing catch-up with Megazord. So here we are with issue 22.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1 and you will also need the head assembly from issue 21.
Start by pressing the shock absorber 22.5, into the connecting post 22.4 as in Pic 2. Then add the Hinge Flange 22.2 and the Inner Bracket 22.3 as shown in Pics 3 and 4.
Wrap the self adhesive battert cover 22.6 around the battery 22.7, Pic 5 and position the battery into position on the inside of the Rear Head Cover 22.1, Pic 6. Then place the original assembly of this update into position on the rear cover, fixing it in place using 4 x PB screws, as in Pic 7.
Finally, fit the rear plate carefully to the head from issue 21. NOTE: Make sure that all four cables exit the head through the open space at the bottom and do not get trapped between the parts. When you are happy that the wires are not trapped, fix the rear plate using 4 x PB screws, Pic 8.
Pic 9 shows how the assembly looks at the end of this stage.

Hi All,
This is the last of the delayed updates, with issue 23.
Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from the end of issue 22.
Place the Infrared LED light holder 23.5, into the Face Armour 23.1 and fix in place using 2 x PB screws, as in Pic 2. Now fit the Infrared circuit board and cable 23.6, fixing it in place with a further 2 x PB screws as in Pic 3.
Take the assembly (just made) and feed the cable through the top of the head from Issue 22, so the cable exits the rear of the head and press the armour into place. Fix the armour with a PB screw in the centre hole of three at the nose end, Pic 4. Now press the nose horn 23.2 into position as in Pic 5.
Place the switch button 23.4 into its position in the circuiy board base 23.3, Pic 6. Making sure you do not disturb the switch button, add the circuit board 23.7 and fix it in place with 2 x PB screws, Pic 7.
NOTE: Connect the four cables as in the manual, but DO NOT press the circuit board into position until you test it. (See inside back cover of the magazine)
Once you are happy with workings of the electronics, you can happily press the circuit board base into position, Pic 8.
Pics 9 and 10 show my Triceratops eyes working.
That`s the catch-up done, see you in the latter stages soon.
