STAGE 75:

Left door assembly.

Pic 1: Press the door trim, 75B into place on the panel 75A from the inside.

Pic 2: Shows the assembly from the front.

Pic 3: Retrieve the left door assembly and fit the trim parts in place as shown.
Secure using 5 x OP screws, circled in red.

Pic 4: Press the large and small speakers, parts 75C and 75D into place on the door trim.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 76:

Chassis bottom lights.

Pic 1: Retrieve the PCB, part 45G and locate the wires marked ‘13’ and ‘18’

Pic 2: Unplug the two sets of wires.

Pic 3: Retrieve the main chassis and place it upside down with the rear facing right.

Pic 4: Feed the plug end of wire ‘13’ through the rectangular hole just in front of the rear wheel arch.
Take care not to damage the number tags.

Pic 5: Peel the backing strip from the long LED and fix the light strip to the edge of the chassis, up against the two small retaining stops.

Pic 6: Feed the plug end of wire ‘18’ through the rectangular hole just in front of the rear wheel arch on the other side of the chassis.
Take care not to damage the number tags.

Pic 7: Peel the backing strip from the long LED and fix the light strip to the edge of the chassis, up against the two small retaining stops.

Store the assembly and unused parts safely for now.

STAGE 77:

Right hand door shell.

Pic1: Fit the hinge, part 77C to the door shell, part 77A as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the spring plate over the hinge and fix in place using 1 x VM screw.
The spring plate will only fit one way.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 78:

Right hand door fittings.

Pic 1: Locate the door handle parts 78A and 78B and fit them together.
They will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Fit the handle assembly to the door shell.

Pic 3: From the inside secure the parts using 1 x AM screw.

Pic 4: Fit the mirror parts 78D and 78C together and fix them from underneath with 1 x KM screw.

Pic 5: Peel the backing paper from the mirror, part 78E and stick it in place on the mirror assembly.

Pic 6: Fit the assembled mirror onto the door, part 77A and fix from the inside using 2 x AM screws.

Pic 7: Fit the inner door panel, part 78F in place on the door and fix it using 2 x SM screws and 3 x QM screws.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 79:

Right hand door window.

Pic 1: Locate the winder mechanism parts 79B and 79D.
Fit them together as shown with 79D on top of 79B and fix using 1 x RP screw.

Pic 2: Fit the assembly on top of the window gear part 79C and fix using 1 x RP screw as shown.

Pic 3: Move the mechanism so that the screw peg on the end of part 79D goes through the oval slot in part 79C from behind.
Fix in place with 1 x RP screw.

Pic 4: Fit the window, part 79A in place over the two arms of parts 79B and 79D.
Make sure you fit the window the right way around according to the picture.
Fix in place using 2 x RP screws.

Store the assembly and unused gear part safely for now.
