Hi All, BigGrin

Here we are with the next pack of the ISS with pack 14, covering issues 69-74.

In issue 69 we start the construction of the next double solar panel.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1.

As before, carefully press the solar panel 3J onto the end bar 3A as in Pic 2. Then place the other side of the bar 3E over the panel and fix it in place with 2 x MS4 screws, Pic 3. Finally fit the WIRE 1 part as shown in Pic 4. That completed this stage, as shown in Pic 5.

Hi All, BigGrin

Update time for the ISS with issue 70.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1, you will also need the assembly from the previous issue as well.

Start by adding the solar panel 3F to the previous assembly, as in Pic 2. Then position the cover 3D over the panel and fix the parts together using 2 x MS4 screws, Pic 3. The central spar 3C is added as shown in Pic 4, but you can keep the part safe for now as its not fixed into position until the next update.

Pic 5 shows the final assembly for this issue.

Start with the new centre spar 3B and the end bar 3G, fixing them together with an MS4 screw as in Pic 2.

Bring the final assembly from issue 70 to the table and add the assembly just made, taking care when fitting the solar panels, Pic 3.

Position each end bar cover 3H and 3i, fixing each in place with 2 x MS4 screws. Shown in Pic 4.

Finally, screw the MB7 screw into the spindle of the solar panel and carefully tension the solar panels, indicated in Pic 5. The final full assembly is shown in Pic 6.
