Real nice spray job. It's hard to get such a nice finish well done. Chris On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

Thanks everyone for looking in and your comments. It took several coats and quite a lot of wet n dry to get the finished look the good news is though the masking tape finally arrived. @ Derek the Diamond two coat can be found on page 2 of the diary post #31 Link below:- http://forum.model-space...sts&t=22011&p=2

Hi All The kit is supplied with the white stripes in decal form but as I have a dark background im thinking that the decal's may not be thick enough in colour to stay white and not show through the blue as some decals are wont to do. So the only other way to do it was to mask and spray and thats what has been done,only the central stripes and roundals at the moment as I will be adding the side roundels after the main stripes and bodywork have had a tidy up. Excellent job on the stripes Andy, not the easiest of masking to do as the slightest kink will really stand out in white. Very well done!
