 You are certainly correct about them being fiddley little blighters Barry but you have done a cracking job plus the more you do the easier they become, well sort of Rgd Martyn Building ? Completed. You'll get there and stand back as say well worth the time it took. You've done a great job on the cannon. I remember doing mine it took an age too. Chris On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

Thanks for looking in on my build, Your on your cannons, all I can say is this, I find it easier to do the same task repeatedly, Cannon Cannon Cannon, it get monotonous, but you get better every time you do it.

Been distracted for a while with mundane stuff but eventually got back into the build.... Managed to get the 12 Cannons on the lower deck complete with their rigging and stuff...going to make up another 14 without the rigging and fit them..maybe a week or so???? then onto the lower deck detail... Spent a year on the Surprise already, doesn't seem that long..........seem to be having a little problem with parts shipments though, the last one I received was a single Part 21 back in February, before that I received 2 parts per month like clockwork. I have sent a few emails to customer care but without any satisfactory response, can anyone help???? Barry There's no time like the present.....

Thank's Walter..got all the canons mounted on the bottom deck, still need to start on the rest of the detail... Eventually received my shipment 22 after waiting for a few months..  Bit of an anti-climax...  ..hope they start arriving at regular intervals again.. Bit of a problem with the dowels...they aren't straight???? anyone know how to rectify this??????
