Best thing that ever happened to me lol FREEDOM AT LAST LOL

Like your style, but then who would do my washing? Confused

The washing machine is a good start... just put everything inside and a cup of powder, put it on sports and your done!!! Really don't see whay women make such a fuss about it lol

But that means using up valuable modeling time Confused

Once a month mate, plenty of modelling time lol

Hi Mr T,

This looks a fantastic model, but I'm curious why this particular model has been chosen for a part work. Is it because if its international appeal? BigGrin

Will this be one of a series? If so, we could include the mallard as one of them I hope. Drool

Anyway the features are fantastic and the detail is incredible. A fine addition to any modellers collection.

Kind regards
Glenn BigGrin

It is a kit that originates form DeAgostini Japan and is being made available here as an item of interest rather than rolled out as a national newsagent release, hence why it will be subscription only.

I doubt there will be a series, though there was another similar Japanese loco released a few years ago which was the C62.

Hi Andy,

We plan to introduce a specific Model Rail section when the D51 arrives, where any rail builds and chat can be contributed.

It came into being for the Japanese market and we are lucky to have it here at all.

Yes a Mallard would be nice, but I don't see it happening anytime soon, as the biggest loco seller (Flying Scotsman), has already been and gone as a Partwork.

I really like the look of this but I'm nervous about painting the loco.

What methods would people here use?

Many thanks,

Trevor.
