Looking good. Way behind all of you, but i'm gonna go for it tomorrow and get my island fitted with all main parts ( gonna leave the small parts til i paint them ). keep up the good work I smile because i have NO IDEA whats going on :)

Hi All Pack 4 arrived this week heres the progress so far. I used 2 unused frames from the Yamato build to make a jig [pics will show you how/what i meen] to make the bottom part of the bow section arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Now after the assembly and drying of the previous parts comes the measuring removal of 1 mm of the bottom former to get a 32mm height as stated in the build instructions.aso the marking out and removal of the front bow section. arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Now after the bottom section has dried the other formers are added.[ some of the formers are on the thin side and the glue can warp them whist wet]So the last pic is of my vice trick, the last former will be added after the rest has dried ready for the shaping part arpurchase attached the following image(s): Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .
