Just a little update here for those following... The gearbox/transmission is assembled and the three large screw fixing holes have been filled and painted over. I'm still on the fence about weathering as my friends car is actually pretty immaculate! roymattblack attached the following image(s):

The silver I used is actually for miniature gaming figures. It's called Mithril Silver, from Nolzurs marvellous pigments. Roy.

Good morning Roy Just a idea for yourself On the rear engine cover TRICO DECAL FERODO DECAL are only on one side As if when these are available in your eBay shop would be interested Thanks

Mine had the decals on both sides before I cleaned them off.

If possible on your eBay shop Can you do for the rear engine cover the following water based decals 2 x TRICO Decals 2 x FERODO decals As my car only came with decals on one side and am not sure how many other forum members are in the same situation as myself
