Thank you Phil, for you kind comments. I have done a little more to the duo, I wanted to at least get the lighting wired in the base. First, I had to glue and fix both droids onto the base using some small wooden dowels to hold them in place and make them a little more sturdy. I then used some 5 minute epoxy glue, and pushing the wiring through the base with the holes I drilled. Then pushing the dowels into the holes on the base. As you have seen in my previous post, I was going to use a remote circuit board to operate both droids, but having had two of the broads fail on me, I decided to keep it simple as shown. Once I had connected the wiring and tested it, I then screwed together the circuitry casing. The second picture shows I have attached a plastic base to the underside, using plastic card. I will later cover this in a velvet material. Markwarren attached the following image(s): Regards Markwarren (Mark) Admin

Here, you can see I have added some more sand, now the droids are in place, around their feet. I used a pipette to carefully drop the sand in place before applying some glue to hold it all together. This will be allowed to dry, before painting as I did before. Markwarren attached the following image(s): Regards Markwarren (Mark) Admin

The diorama is now complete. I have also bought a display case to keep the dust off the duo. Here, you can see I painted the sand around their feet the same as I did last time. I have also fitted some velour to the base to make it look a bit more professional. Once this was done, I then airbrushed some black around the outer rim to blend in with the base. I also attached a metal name plate to finish off the model. Hope you enjoy the pictures, as much as I have enjoyed building these two, and thank you to all who have followed this build and all your contributions over the year.
