I do not know how it happened but my measurements are off by 10mm in placing the two front gun bases on the deck.javascript:insertsmiley(' ','/images/emoticons/msp_cursing.gif') I have removed glue before from the hull when I installed the wrong frame part but given where the gun bases are placed I am not sure if steam will not cause more harm then good. Does anyone have any other suggestions. FYI, it is wood glue that I used. Thanks in advance. Best Regards, Dan Current Builds: Yamato On the Bench: Akagi, USS Missouri

Best Regards, Dan Hi Dan, am not able to see your picture unfortunately but rather than steam and providing you have used wood glue then I would try hot water, applying around the glued area using a small paint brush, that should soften the glue enough to enable you to remove the offending part without causing to much trouble to the surrounding area. Hope this helps.. Regards Alan
