Looking good. Very neat and tidy. An observation I hope you don`t mind me pointing out, you need to paint the floor of the crew section red as a backing colour for the flock carpet. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Yes the carpet will be painted maroon and the the flock added. I painted it all green to start as I was unsure if I was going to make the entire crew compartment split in half w/magnets. Now that I have, the bottom of the floor will remain green, the top will get the maroon paint and red flock -t

A bit of progress tonight. Weather has not been cooperating to use the spray outdoors to prime the metal parts, possibly tomorrow evening... Wnt2Fly attached the following image(s):

Bit of progress but a complete loss of a few parts. One of the black rectangle parts flew off the tweezers this evening. On top of that, I missed the part of sanding the metal for one of the radios, the glue wouldn't set, the primer peeled off and it was a complete loss. Hopefully I can get some replacement parts. Started the co-pilot seats, they are coming together nicely, will do some more priming tomorrow before I start to paint the individual parts. A very nice build Wnt2Fly, I can see you are easily up to the job of turning this into a first rate model of the iconic DC-3, and I think it'll be a stunner when completed.
Well done.

Finished up the co-pilot seats today. Wow, they took nearly 2 hrs to build, quite finicky! They came out nice, I didn't glue them down yet. Everything so far is just put in place for testing purposes. I'm not sure if i'm going to flock the carpet.. I'm not overly keen on the idea.. I may do some tests to see how it comes out before I commit to it. Wnt2Fly attached the following image(s):

Well done, looking good. Those seats are finicky, but plenty of practice to come with the other 14 in the passenger cabin. Keep up the good work. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Here is how all the parts look before the assembly. I'm thinking I will glue the seats down, but I won't glue down the floor. Want the ability to "take it apart" Wnt2Fly attached the following image(s):
