A fabulous end result Alan, you've done an amazing job on your Spitfire and it's been a pleasure to follow your build - well done and thankyou for sharing it with us!!

She really is good to look at, can't stop looking in fact!
When I think back to the days of the Airfix 1/24th scale and how I thought that was a big model-well not anymore! (Love Airfix models though!)

Tiger build has commenced. What a superb piece of engineering this Tamiya kit is. Everything fits without effort!
Will post some pics when it looks like a tank!
Won't take as long as the Spit-thank god!!

Hi Alan, Now that is a very good idea, it shows your Spitfire in it's right perspective, you must put a frame around it and hang it up and see what is said, or in fact will friends ask were you in another plane with a camera.
