HullI assembled the first section of the hull. The front section of the hull was not flush it bent about 2mm to the right. I clamped a set square to the hull to square the end up and then added supports using some left over wood from my Victory Cross section build. The back sections were glued into place. michael.rolph attached the following image(s):

Wing 1Both wing spars are currently being straightened as they were bent in the middle. The excess section were removed from the ribs 1-3 this took quite a while because the parts were not fully laser cut. Ribs 4-6 were cleaned up but rib 4 doesn't seem to match the one in the instructions so I need to find out if the internal cuts are just different or if the wrong rib had been included in the pack. michael.rolph attached the following image(s):

Hi Michael, Good start so far. As for your wing ribs, the one you have marked as 4 is rib 1. Check the others as ribs 4-6 have the lug extending below to the front and rear of the rib. Maybe you have swapped them over for each other or you`ve been sent two number one ribs in error. Hope this helps. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

WingI collected all the ribs and numbered and matched them, ribs 1-4 were the wrong way around (no idea how that happened) The first wing frame has been assembled. While checking the ribs I found that several were cut from a thicker material so I had to widen the slots in order to fit the ribs michael.rolph attached the following image(s):

Fuselage and cockpitThe reinforcements were added to the fuselage and the wing projections added. The front part of the fuselage was constructed during which I accidentally managed to superglue a clamp to it Two of the parts of the upper fuselage had been snapped but I managed to glue them back together successfully. One of the cockpit panels was warped, my first attempt to straighten it by soaking it and weighting it down failed and it re-warped. My next attempt I covered it with a towel then used my iron to steam it. I then clamped it to a board and glued the reinforcements before it could decide to warp again. michael.rolph attached the following image(s):
