Greetings! With 3 subscriptions coming to an end I decided to dive in to this one. I like the option of having 12 or 24 month subscriptions and I have opted for the former. I have 3 packs so far but have just completed pack 1 which comprises of the first 5 stages. That's all I have to show at the moment. No issues experienced so far. I hope to have a go at pack 2 today. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.

Your off to a good start. Don`t forget that you can if you wish paint the VW Logo black on the wheel hubs and when you get to work with the gloss painted parts, that you may wish to protect the paint surface by assembling them on a soft cloth like a towel. Keep up the good work and enjoy. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Thanks for the tip. I hadn't actually thought about that. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.

So on to pack 2 which starts with stage 6, the front left door interior. Stage 7: Front right wheel. Compared to the Ford Mustang these tyres go in very nicely. Probably due to the fact they are a lot thinner. Stage 8: Right front seat back. This stage isn't required just yet. Stage 9: Front right wheel. That's where I am at right now. Stages 10 - Right front door, 11 - Right front door window and 12 - Right front door interior. No issues here but the door opening mechanism doesn't pull back to much when I pull the door handle. I'm guessing it's not supposed to as everything is in properly. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.

Part 13 - Right front seat. In conjunction with pack 8. Part 14 - Left front door trim That completes pack 2. It's early days but I'm impressed by the quality of this so far. The seat is very soft, the door trim really looks the part. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.

Greetings! On to pack 4 then. Stages 26 and 27 Middle Seats Base and Supports Stage 28 - Middle Seats Stages 29 - Rear Bulkhead Stages 30 and 31 - Rear Seat back and panel Stage 32 - Heat Exchanger Stage 33 - Rear Seats Base Stage 34 - Rear Seats This is where I leave it. Stage 35 the spare wheel housing is included but the instructions say to hang on to this. Looking at the next instructions though stage 36 is to assemble stage 35 so I could do that now but decided to take a break. I'll include this with pack 5. Graham I was drowning my sorrows. Nice build Graham. It is a great model , I’m just 1 pack in front of you and enjoying building it. Have seen the next parts on youtube parts 68-74. Hope the body panels start after that. Andy.

Rear Chassis Frame Stages 53 & 54 Rear Suspension Stages 55 & 56 Rear Wheel Arches Stage 57. The exhaust Also a couple of cables from the battery. That's me up-to-date with this build.
