Hi all! Ok! We have a competition! It will have two prizes, one for the 2020 Featured Build of the Month that is voted the best of the year, and another prize for a random voter! The rules are simple; all Board members who have at least 10 posts prior to today (05/02/2021) are eligible to vote. To place your vote, simply PM this user account; SHIPPY
with your vote. The build of the month is numbered corresponding to the month, ie January =1, February =2, March =3, and so on. The builds can be found here; https://forum.us.model-s...aspx?g=topics&f=730
PLEASE NOTE THE SCREEN SHOT BELOW FOR BUILD NUMBERS!!The prizes are as follows; To the Builder of the year, as selected from the Featured Build of the month, goes the 1/8 DeAgostini Ferrari 312 T4 kit! I will sweeten the pot with something choice from my stash! VOTING TO CLOSE MARCH 5, 2021Now, the ugly Fine Print;
Only builds featured for the year 2020and December of 2019 are eligible.
These kits will be sent from the US. Postage will be covered, however Customs, duties, VAT, and any other nastiness that the government decides they need to collect will be the responsibility of the winners. (At worst, you’ll get the kit for 80% off the list price) The kits will be declared AT FULL VALUE ONLY. I will get with the winners to confirm all the final details.
As this contest is being run by myself, Mark Adams, DeAgostini and ModelSpace have zero liability, in any way whatsoever. Likewise for myself. Let’s make this a resounding success so we can have more contests! Stay well, Mark admin attached the following image(s):

Like Derek says, please vote! In 2 days, we’ve had 6 votes, with 4 from the FST. I will have a helluva hard time justifying another contest of any kind with a low turnout.
Stay well,
Mark

Well, 1/3 of the way to being closed, and we’ve got 15 votes. Soooo... I’ll sweeten the pot for the voter; the winning category gets one randomly selected voter from the votes in said category a kit of the winning build. I just checked. If I don’t have a kit of the exact build, I’ve got something very close. (Except the D-Day Diorama, for obvious reasons)
You all know the value of these kits. Sooooooo, GAME ON!
Cheers,
Mark

Hi All,
Tomorrow is it! The response has been disheartening, to say the least.
Stay well
