I've put together the whole hull structure had it on a perfectly flat surface clamped down and 30+kg weights on top over night, it's all glued well but when I flipped it over this morning there is a slight ridge between 2 rear base plates my question is would it be safe enough to gently sand them flush with each other or will it affect anything else going down the models line. I had a hasegawa yamato that is flat bottomed ut it's largely been mothballed now
