Well, it's 99% finished.
I say 99% as I'm going to add a thin red coach line along the ridge in the body sides, to go with the red carpet interior.
Just a bit of added bling.

It was an amazing build. Easily one of the best kits I've built even allowing for the annoying instructions that frequently tell you to assemble parts and then take them apart again (sometimes many) packs later.

Everything fitted with no problems and as I mentioned in my build, just about the easiest body fitting I've come across. A matter of minutes to put it in place.

Anyway, back to the Lotus 72...BigGrin

Very nice Roy. I'm still collecting the issues so your build is an inspiration. Your speed and quality should be made into an elixir for us sloooooow types. Thanks for sharing.

That's a fabulous end result Roy, very nicely put together and a very speedy build too! I think the thin red coach line will add a nice touch and I too would like to see the display engine when it's finished?

Nice job! Cool ThumpUp
