Ice storm yesterday , spare time to work on the exhaust headers. I found some plastic tubing in my spare parts to section in and make the top pipe crossovers, very time consuming though , making the sectioning in the right place, I drilled out the centers and ran a metal rod inside for strength. Once I was OK with the shape and joints, the pipes are spray painted with. Tamiya PS23 Gunmetal for polycarbonate followed by a flat clear TS80. Finally some exhaust springs are fabbed from floral wire wound around a small diameter piano wire and holes drilled in the tailpipe bracket to run the ends through: Eagle attached the following image(s):

That's looking really good. Looking forward to getting some new packs to get on with mine.

Nice work on those modified headers Eagle (what is your real name btw?) and those exhaust springs are a vast improvement on the simple raised plastic lines on the kit parts which look more like weld seams than springs!
Very nice, well done.
