For some while now I have been missing one final pack for this lovely model This is pack 23. It seems to be out of stock and I keep getting fobbed of that there is a new production in the offing. I am rapidly coming to the opinion that I am not going to get this pack, Clearly this means I cannot finish the series. I want to know the procedure for a refund which would have to be for the full series not just pack 23 Without doing the sums this is about £1000. Can anyone help?
