The front upper fairing has had 3 coats of clear and polished high-gloss wax
The fuel tank and front extension part had 3 coats of clear and polished high-gloss wax
Front Fender has had 3 coats of clear and polished high-gloss wax
Yamaha logo vinyl decals in metallic gold vinyl are applied to each side of the fuel tank
Front Wheel disc bolts have been done in a Tamiya copper paint
The inner part of both discs has been painted Tamiya matt black
The outer edge of both discs has been rubbed down with wet/dry very fine sandpaper
The correct color of adjusting nuts on the front suspension
Tamiya gloss black bottom nut with Tamiya titanium gold inner part
Tamiya gloss yellow top nut with Tamiya titanium inner part
The front tire injection mold seam has been sanded smooth with a fine female 180/200 grit emery nail file
Mike Lane Mods tire dressing was applied
New front fork Ohlin's water slide decals have now been applied
A new Brembo caliper decal has now been applied
Brembo brake caliper seals have now been painted with Tamiya gloss black paint

Also received stages 84, 88, and 89, which were put into the storage box in original packaging
The second front Ohlins fork is fully assembled
A new front fork Ohlin's decal has been applied
Brake caliper seals are painted in Tamiya gloss black
A new Brembo caliper decal has been applied
The correct color of adjusting nuts on the front suspension
The suspension top adjuster nut is painted in Tamiya gloss yellow
The suspension bottom adjuster nut is painted in Tamiya gloss black
Triple trees fitted and screwed up very tight
Fitting front tire to rim
Place the tire in a large bowl
Boil kettle
Pour hot boiling water into the bowl with the front tire fully submerged to make
Time for 5 minutes
Drain off all excess hot water
Fit tire to rim
Fit two-wheel disc with correct rotational arrows followed by wheel rim rotation
The first two parts of the exhaust system
second two parts of the exhaust system
exhaust muffler
All Screwed together very tight
The gaps were filled in with Humbrol model filler
Sanded smooth with a nail Henry board 180/240 grit
Then 3 coats of Tamiya Flat aluminum were applied
The exhaust muffler and inside the muffler were sprayed in matt black
The Exhaust muffler grille is now painted Tamiya Matt black
All exhaust flexi springs installed and fitted
Exhaust flexi spring mounts are painted in Tamiya dark copper
All O2 lambda sensors fitted and installed
A New Akrapovic muffler decal has been applied
A New Akrapovic Titanium decal has been applied
The front fender has been fitted to the front suspension mounts
Front axle secured in place
Tyre soft compound white stripe decals have been applied
Tyre yellow dot applied via a fine Sharpie permanent marker dipped into Tamiya yellow paint
Dash is completely assembled, and the warning light is painted in Tamiya red
The rear of the dash led transparent plastic Panel has been painted in Tamiya Red, Orange, and Dark Green paint to simulate Rev lights
Dash had 3 coats of clear satin varnish
A new part work upgrade Dash decal has now been applied
The cylinder head cover assembled
Cylinder head painted Tamiya dark blue
all exposed cylinder cover bolts are painted Tamiya gloss silver
Carbon fiber air box with pack 5 fully assembled and 3 coats of clear and polished high-gloss wax
Michelin tire bar codes large and small have been applied
Tire-soft compound white stripes have been applied
Marchesini racing wheel rim decals have been applied
A forged magnesium decal with an Italian flag 3-color stripe has been applied
A new custom-made FGR decal has been applied
A new matching custom-made OHLINS decal has been applied
A new MRA screen decal has been applied
A new radiator decal has been applied

A fresh coat of satin clear varnish is to be applied to the front wheel
Fit the front wheel
Stages 22 to 26 of the engine have been assembled
The cylinder head cover from the earlier issue was also used as part of the assembly process
Both crankshaft protective covers have had 3 coats of clear applied
The cylinder head block was painted in Tamiya XF-56 metallic grey so it resembles a cast cylinder head
The clutch slave cylinder and oil filter have also received 3 coats of clear
A heavy-duty screwdriver was used in this assembly process size PH1
A complete full set of tweezers was used as part of this assembly process also
An oil filter custom-made decal has been applied
In pack 7 detailing I have done and completed the:-
Water coolant pipe top fitting painted in Tamiya gun metal grey
Water coolant pipe scratches touched up by silver pen
Water pump front housing in Tamiya gloss black
Water pump done in chrome by using a chrome pen and fine-detail brush
The oil sump has been painted in Tamiya flat black
Oil sight glass was glued in place
Oil viewing sight glass has been dyed in light yellow to resemble oil
The edge of the oil sump touched up in Tamiya chrome silver
The timing chain cover was glued in place and given 3 coats of clear applied
All other black parts in pack 7 were given 3 coats of clear applied
Oil blue refill plugs were fitted and had 3 coats of clear applied
custom-made water slide decal in “ THE DOCTOR “ logo to go on the bottom left of the dash binnacle has now been applied
Clutch center and outer adjusting spring plate painted in Tamiya gold leaf
Starter motor mounting painted in Tamiya grey metallic
Fuel injection rail painted in Tamiya chrome silver
An air filter is fitted and installed and a custom MWR race air filter and water slide decal have been applied
A new fuel tank decal has been applied
Fuel tank black 3mm foam self-adhesive pad installed and fitted and applied
A new screen water slide decal has now been applied
Exhaust fittings painted Tamiya gun metal grey
90-degree banjo fitting nut painted in Tamiya blue and all AN fittings painted in Tamiya Red
Compressed air tank and mounting touched up with Tamiya Matt black
Ohlin’s shock absorber spring decal has been applied
Compressed air tank fitted
2 x black silicone hoses fitted to compressed air tank
A starter motor decal has been applied
Scrutineer certification decal applied to the left side of the frame
The rider medical certification decal applied to the left side of the frame
A new MRA clear vinyl decal has been applied to the screen
The chassis heads of screws have been painted in Tamiya gloss black
A technical control decal has been applied to the left side of the frame
B700 adhesive glue was used to glue the screen to the front upper fairing, very strong & crystal clear
Dash console display given two coats of clear gloss varnish spray

Rear wheel had 3 coats of clear gloss
The rear tire was soaked in a deep bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes and then fitted to the wheel rim
The rear disc was glued and fitted into place
The rear disc nuts have been painted in Tamiya black
The disc fittings were painted in gloss copper
Yellow dot applied to tire opposite the valve using Tamiya yellow
Soft compound decals have been applied
Small and large tire bar code decals have been applied
Forged aluminum with an Italian flag color stripes decal has been applied to the rim edge
A good coat of tyre dressing

All heads of screws and Allen bolts have had their heads painted in Tamiya gloss Black paint
The rear caliper has been painted in Tamiya aluminum paint
A new 5mm Brembo logo water slide decal has been applied to the rear caliper piston
3 lower holes to the lower part of the swingarm have been filled in with Humbrol model filler and sanded smooth then painted in Tamiya gloss black paint
The rear brake disc speed sensor inner hole has been filled in with Humbrol model filler and sanded smooth then painted in Tamiya gloss black paint
The rear seat cowl assembly was ordered from an eBay Seller
The top section of the seat cowl has had Yamaha logo in metallic gold self-adhesive vinyl decal
Top and both sides assembled
Rear tail light assembly and Lense put in place
A lower section was put in place
Then screwed together
Lower section screw heads painted in Tamiya gloss black
Upper section screw heads painted in Yamaha blue
The rear axle motorcycle axle stand was purchased from eBay
Wheel centres are painted with Tamiya gloss black paint
Wheel center nuts have been done with a metallic chrome pen
Tyres given 3 coats of Tamiya red paint
A dark blue extra fine-tip Sharpie pen has been ordered to touch up screw heads in blue
The front sprocket has now been fitted and installed and painted in Tamiya gun metal paint
The radiator cap GYTR vinyl decal has now been applied
speed sensor rear rotor decal has now been applied
The top coolant hose has been painted Samco Blue
1:4 scale TREMONIA jubilee clip fitted these were purchased from eBay UK
Race seats R1 logo decal has been applied
GB Racing engine protector decals have been applied
The rear lens red self-adhesive covering film has been applied
Samco hose decal has been applied
Rear axle torque mark decals have been applied on both sides
Tamiya 2.6mm braided brake line has been fitted to replace black silicone tubing brake lines ( rear brake lines )
The rear shock absorber cartridge has been assembled and installed
TTX decal has been applied to rear shock absorber cartridge
The rear shock absorber linkage assembly has been assembled and installed
The rear swing arm assembly that was purchased from an eBay seller and assembled has now been installed and fitted
Rear swing arm nut covers fitted and installed
Frame nut covers installed and fitted
Exhaust installed and support bracket installed and fitted
Radiator hoses installed
Rubber hoses painted Samco blue
Samco sport decals have been applied
Radiator installed and fitted
The bottom radiator support bracket was installed and fitted
Lamba sensors have been installed and fitted
Hydraulic pipework parts installed
Frame brackets installed
Mass air sensor cable installed and fitted to the top of carbon fiber Airbox using 2.6mm Tamiya braided hose with red heat shrink tubing and black heat shrink tubing on the other end and glued and sealed in place using B700 clear gel glue

The electronic control unit has been installed and all black silicone tubing has been installed and fitted correctly
4 x right side with black silicone tubing installed to the electronic control unit
3 x left side with black silicone tubing installed to electronic control unit
The brake control unit has been installed and fitted and all black silicone tubing installed correctly
Speed control sensor tubing fitted and installed to brake control unit
The red control unit sensor has been installed and tubing fitted to the correct silver nipple
30 gauge insulated red/green/black wire with black heat shrink tubing for starter motor wiring loom
The mounted camera has been designed and STL files created and it has been 3D printed
The rearview camera has been 3D printed and painted in Tamiya silver aluminium with a Tamiya gloss black lens cap
The rearview camera lens decal has been applied and fitted
All other assembled have been assembled and put into storage containers safely till required

The rear-view camera has been 3D printed and painted in Tamiya silver aluminum and the lens cap painted in Tamiya gloss black
Lens decal has been applied and installed
Ecu decals have been installed and applied
Marcelli logo, warning for race use only, MotoGP serial number
Front aero wings are now being computer-aided designed, then st files created, then 3D printed
Ordered from eBay seller the display case
Display case completely assembled
B700 glue was used to hold the jointed areas together and make it more rigid
Parts ordered from part-work upgrades data card blueprints were added and secured in place with B700 glue
LED light in display case correctly secured using 3M VHB double-sided tape
Display case clear Perspex Yamaha YZR-M1 logo panel secured in place with B700 glue
Gold engraved plaque has been fitted and installed into acrylic display cases
Fuel tank seam gap ( was massive )
Was given two lots of Humbrol model filler
Then sanded smooth
Then 3 coats of grey undercoat were applied
Then 3 coats of silver metallic were applied
Better quality control would off made this task so much easier
Carbon fiber underside support has been fitted and installed
Fuel cap surround painted in Tamiya gloss black
Fuel cap painted in Tamiya gold leaf
ATL racing fuel cell decal has been applied to the fuel tank
A fuel overflow fitting was installed clear silicone tubing has been installed and fitted
All Screw heads painted in Yamaha blue
Clip-on handlebars have been assembled and temporarily installed and fitted onto the front forks
Brake lever guard hex screw head painted in Tamiya gloss black
A new decal has been applied and fitted to the tip of the brake lever guard “VR” see image
A new decal has been applied and fitted to the brake fluid reservoir VR-46
Front upper fairing aero wings, CAD drawing designed, stl computer file created, then 3D printed all done
Aero upper front wings are now installed and awaiting B700 glue to dry
Aero upper fairing wings painted in Tamiya gloss black
Additional electrical cables have been installed into the display case to run additional LED lights also
Triple trees VR1 black background with yellow text decal has been ordered
2 x Brembo circle logo black background with a red logo has been applied
2 x Brembo text logo black background with red text has been applied
1 x Italian 🇮🇹 striped half moon decal for brake lever has been applied
1 x GBRACING decal for brake lever guard has been applied
1 x Yamaha racing GYTR pit mat in blue has been installed and fitted to the display case base
The end of the throttle grip has been painted in Tamiya Red to simulate Domino XM2 push/pull quick action throttle has been done and other areas touched up in Tamiya black
Top yolk assembly installed and fitted along with front forks
VR1 top yolk decal installed and applied
The first lot of pipework was installed and fitted
Front radiator cowl installed and tops of bolts painted in Tamiya gloss black
Hydraulic fluid reservoirs are assembled and reservoirs are painted in Tamiya acrylic X-24 clear yellow to simulate fluid inside
VR46 decal applied to reservoir
2 x front air intake clamps applied and fitted
2 x hoses installed to angled unions on the brake lever
Fuel tank overflow hose is now installed and fitted
The steering damper is now assembled and installed and mounting bolt heads painted in Tamiya gloss black along with the steering damper hose installed and fitted
The coolant temperature sensor hose is now installed
The radiator overflow hose is now installed and fitted
The Instrument panel is now installed and fitted and the tops of the bolts were painted in Tamiya gloss black
Brake cables left & right assembled
Brake cables 4-way assembly have been assembled
Front axle rubber end bungs are now installed and fitted using a small model hammer
2 x brake caliper unions installed and fitted using B700 glue
2 x brake cables left & right have been installed and fitted using B700 glue
The 4-way brake cross pipe has been installed and fitted using B700 glue
All front-end hoses are now completed and finished and installed using B700 glue
The front upper fairing has now been fully fitted and installed and bolt heads have been painted in Yamaha racing blue
The front end is now completely 100% finished
The seat unit is now fully installed and fitted and side bolt heads are painted in Yamaha racing blue
The bodywork fuel tank cover is now fully installed and fitted and bolt heads are painted in Yamaha racing blue
A new Fuel cap surround decal “ QUICK ACTION SYSTEM “ has been applied and fitted with a black background with white text
New Ohlin's steering damper decal has been applied and fitted in the correct color and text
2 x lower fairings underside holes filled in with Humbrol model filler and sanded smooth with a Henry nail board 3 coats of Tamiya gloss black have been applied and 3 coats of Tamiya satin varnish have been applied

The rear sprocket has been sprayed in Matt black and center part of the sprocket painted in Tamiya gloss black and the sprocket nuts done in chrome using a chrome pen
The rear sprocket is glued to the rear wheel with B700 glue
The rear wheel has been fitted to the motorcycle
Jobs left to do
Fit chain stage 82
Fit left and right lower fairings stages 89, 90,91,92
To be fitted and installed with 4 x H screws and 2 x D screws
Fit LED light in display case
Pack 17 completed and done
