STAGE 17:
Retrieve the main body assembly and the inner bargeboard part 17B. Also, the pack of CM screws.
For this stage, you may find it easier to carefully prop the model on one side. This is only a SUGGESTION. You may do this if you wish.
Fit the bargeboard in place on the ends of the support rods and fix using 2 x CM screws.
Locate the outer barge board parts 17A and 17C. Fit these together and fix using 2 x MP screws. Fit the outer barge board in place over the inner barge board part with the leading end behind the outer front wing plane. Fix in place using 2 x MP screws in the main barge board and 2 x AP screws through the front wing plane.
Locate the brake disc parts 17D, 17 and 17F. Assemble the parts and fix together using 3 x SP screws. The parts will only fit together one way. An OPTIONAL suggestion for some added extra detail is to colour all the vents around the edge of the brake disc using a fine black marker pen. Position the disc over the end of the stub axle.
Locate the brake caliper and retaining rods, parts 17G and 17H. Assemble the parts by pushing the rods through the holes in the sides of the caliper. Fit the caliper to the front upright and secure using 2 x CM screws. Turn the model over and trim the brake line tube to fit neatly on the silver pin on the edge of the brake caliper.
With the model still upside down, remove the screw nearer the front of the upper suspension arm mount. Locate the angled barge board mounting arm part 17J and one SM screw. Fit the support arm between the outer end of the lower barge board mount rods and the screw hole just uncovered on the upper suspension arm.
Fix the rod in place using 1 x SM screw with the outer end of the rod hooked in place on the barge board mount rods.
Store your model safely until next time.

STAGE 18:
With these parts you can build the second front wheel. NOTE: This is a repeat of the process in stage 3.
Remove four of the small bolts from the sprue, parts 18E. There is a spare bolt in case you lose one. NOTE: The bolt heads have a black face on one side. Fit the four bolts into the wheel rim part 18D.
The black bolt head faces must face inwards, away from the wheel rim.
The centre rim disk part 18C fixes to the wheel rim using 4 x DP screws. The assembled parts fit into one side of the tyre.
Look at the tyre tread pattern. The markings form a ‘V’ shape which must be facing clockwise to the wheel parts.
Once the wheel centre is in place on the tyre, fit the rear rim part 18B from the other side, lining up the 4 x locating holes and fix together using 4 x BM screws.
Locate the wheel nut and clip – parts 18F & 18G. The straight part of the clip goes through the hole in the shaft of the nut, part 18G.
Locate the rim centre cap part 18H and press the wheel nut into place in the inner hole.
The kit instructions suggest that you fit the wheel at this stage but due to the weight of the wheel, and the potential for damage to the front suspension, it might be better to store the wheel and fixing parts until later in the build. This is of course up to the builder.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 19:
Locate the fuel filler parts 19B, 19D & 19E. These parts push-fit together. They will only fit one way. Locate the filler plate, part 19A and fit the assembled filler parts into the central hole. Fix from the other side using 1 x DP screw.
Take parts 19C and 19F, the fuel breather, and fit them together.
NOTE: The printed instructions parts list shows this as a longer black pipe. The part is actually the shorter white pipe.
You might find a dot of cyano adhesive useful on the end of the white tube to fix it firmly to the base part. Press this assembly firmly into the other hole in the base plate.
Turn the main body assembly upside down and fit the assembled fuel filler parts into the front opening in the rear of the upper cockpit. The parts will only fit one way. Fix in place using 3 x MM screws.
Assemble the fire extinguisher pull cable using parts 19J, 19K and 19L. These parts all press together.
Locate the safety roll bar, part 19G. Fit this to the upper front of the cockpit with the two protruding lugs facing the rear. Fix from inside the model using 2 x CM screws.
Fit the fire extinguisher cable by fixing the open end of the black tube to the small pin at the base of the right roll bar leg. Press the pin on the handle end of the cable into the location on the left leg of the roll bar.
NOTE: The printed instructions parts list shows this as a shorter black pipe. It is actually a longer black pipe.
Locate the two support legs for the roll bar, parts 19H and 19I. These parts are marked ‘L’ and ‘R’ but will only fit one way on the model.
Fit the two legs to the curved roll bar and body, and secure from inside using 2 x CM screws.
Store your model safely until the next stage.

STAGE 20:
This stage will allow you to build the dashboard and begin the wiring for the light and sound effects.
Locate the digital display mount parts 20J and 20K. These parts simply press together. Fit the assembled part to the top of the cockpit front and secure from the inside using 2 x NP screws.
Locate the main dashboard parts, 20A, 20B, 20D, 20E. All of these parts easily press together but you might find a tiny amount of plastic adhesive useful when fitting the two clear gauges as they are not a very tight fit.
Be VERY careful if you use glue as this is at YOUR discretion.
Make sure you fit the gauges the correct way round and in the right positions.
Locate the switches, 3 x parts 20F and 1 x 20G. Fit the switches in their locations. They are a simple press fit. Fit parts 20H and 20I in their respective places on the dashboard. They are also a press fit.
Locate the green and white wiring harnesses, parts 20L and 20M. Fit these to the back of the dashboard, the white harness to the top, with both switches fitting in their locations with the wire connections facing out. You will need to gently bend the connections until they are flat.
Secure the switches in place using part 20C, fixing it with 2 x NP screws. The dashboard now fits inside the cockpit from underneath, with the two locating holes in the flat tab fitting over the raised screw pegs in the body. You will need to VERY carefully bend the green and white wires at 90 degrees to fit.
Secure the dashboard using 2 x HM screws.

STAGE 21:
This stage contains the control board and speaker plus the rear light cable and battery box. These parts are assembled to test the sound and light effects but are not yet actually fitted to the model.
Take the speaker and control board, parts 21A and 21B, and connect the plug and socket together, paying attention to the letters ‘A’ on the cable and sound board. Do NOT connect the parts together incorrectly.
Do the same with the battery box (labelled ‘C’) and the tail light (labelled ‘D’)
Connect the plugs from the dashboard – ‘B’ and ‘C’ – into their respective sockets.
Fit 2 x AAA batteries into the battery holder and test the switch for on and off, by pressing the two switches on the dashboard.
The rear light and engine sound should work.
Disconnect the assembly and store safely for future use.roymattblack attached the following image(s):
