Issue 1 takes us in gently to the assembly of Megazord, where we start the construction of the Chest Shield.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1. If you don`t have a screwdriver to hand, there is one supplied with the parts in Issue 2. Blink

To start take the Upper/Lower chest shield parts 1.1 and 1.2. The ends of these parts interlock as shown in Pic 2, they are then secured together using 2 x PWM screws, Pic 3.

Keep the assembled parts in the same position and add the Internal Structure 1.3 as shown in Pic 4. Now fix the Internal Structure using 8 x PWM screws, Pic 5.

That`s it for this update, Pic 6. I`ll be back soon with Issue 2 to complete the first pack.

This is the Megazord Issue 2 update, the last for Pack 1.

In this update we begin the construction of the Head and Helmet of Megazord.

Parts supplied.....Pic 1.

Start with the Helemet top 2.7 and the Helmet crest 1 2.10. Position the parts as shown in Pic 2 and fix the parts using 2 x PWB screws, Pic 3. Then add the Helmet crest 2 (2.11) to the assembly, Pic 4 and fix that part using another PWB screw as shown in Pic 5.

Next take the parts that make up the bottom of the Helmet, 2.8 and 2.9 . Position them as in Pic 6 and fix them using 2 x PM screws, Pic 7. Now position the led circuit board 2.17 into the helmet base and fix it in place using a PMB screw, Pic 8. Fit the top/bottom assemblies of the helmet together, Pic 9 and secure them together using 2 x PWB screws, Pic 10.

Finally, press fit the mask 2.1 and the mask upper rim 2.2 together, Pic 11.

That`s it for this update and pack 1 as in Pic 12, safely store the assemblies and any unused parts till later.

As soon as Pack 2 is released I`ll be back with the next update.
