Issue 77
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Fit the right toe (77D) into the inner pin of the left foot from issue 75 and secure it with a washer and a TM screw, pictures 2 and 3. Fit the left toe (77I) in the same way as before, picture 4. Snap fit the two toe caps (77G) into the screw holes as shown in picture 5.
Snap fit the left stabilizer (77E) onto the back pin as shown in picture 6.
Rotate the toes down and snap fit the upper bridge cap (77F), then return the toes to their original position, pictures 7 and 8.
Fit the upper bridge guard (77A) onto the front post and secure with an IP screw, picture 9. Snap fit the grille (77J) into the front of the foot, picture 10, and then snap fit the bridge cover over it, picture 11.
Picture 12 show the assembly complete for this issue.

Issue 78
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Picture 2. Fit the stabiliser joint (78D) over the stabiliser (77C) as shown in picture 3 with a HP screw. Picture 4. Note the position of the parts and fit the stabiliser on the right foot sole structure with an FP screw as shown in Picture 5.
Attach the side turbine (78E) as shown in picture 6. Next, turn the assembly over and secure with an AP screw as shown in picture 7.
Picture 8 shows the assembly complete.
Now add the left foot gear (78B) to the foot as seen in picture 9 by push fitting the part on.
Note: Do not attach this part all the way in as it is a tight fit and will need to be removed in a future issue.
Next add the outer disc, (78C) note the orientation and fit in place with a little pressure, picture 10.

Issue 79
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Locate the 3 pieces of the instep gear, (79E, 79F and 79D) picture 2. Now assemble as shown in picture 3 by snapping them together. Attach the assembly block to the foot, it will only fit one way, picture 4.
Observe the position of the parts in picture 5, (79H and 79G), noting the correct orientation. Assemble the parts with a DM screw. Now take the part you have just assembled along with the wheel gear (79C) and attach it to the narrower end of the arm with an OP screw as shown in picture 6. Now fit the assembly onto the inner wheel (79A), fitting the wheel gear onto the notch as shown in picture 7 and fix with an IP screw as shown in picture 8.
Temporarily remove the protection plate as shown in picture 9, the fit this assembly to the foot section as shown in picture 10 using 3xIP screws. Reattach the protection plate, picture 11.
Attach the front and rear wheel levers (79B, 79I and 79J), as shown in picture 12 and then fix the assembly to the foot as shown in picture 13.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 80
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Place the base joint (80B) on the underside of the rear of the base (80A) and secure it with 3 x AAP screws, picture 2.

Issue 81
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Fit the narrow side of the rear stabilizer joint (81E) into the inner stabilizer (81C) and secure with an HP screw as shown in picture 2. Make sure the part 81E has the number “2” facing down. Now place the assembly onto the sole frame and secure it with an FP screw, picture 3.
Temporarily remove the bridge guard again and fix the lower gear (81G) in the lower side hole of the foot with an IP screw, picture 4. Snap fit the upper gear (81H) into the other hole as shown in picture 5.
Fit the wheel support hinge (81B) onto the foot wheel using the hinge pin, picture 6. Use a pair of small pliers to push the pin all the way in. Make sure you have the right orientation of this part before securing with the pin. Picture 7 shows the assembly complete.
Attach the assembly to the outer side of the foot as shown in picture 8 and secure using 2 x EM screws.
Next, attach the ball joint (81F) on the wheel support post using 2 x IP screws, picture 9.
