Issue 59

Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.

Assembling the Mobile Crime Computer

Take the crime computer sign (59B) and secure it to the computer base (59A) using 2 x AP screws, picture 2 and 3.

Completing the PCB
Take the rear LED (59C) and plug it into the PCB slot “I”, picture 4. Now plug the instrument light (59D) into the “K” slot, picture 5.

Securing the Cables
Secure the cables using 3 of the stickers provided.
The best way to sort them out is to have all the front cables, stuck with one sticker, which is placed next to the speaker. The wires are as follows:
M-Detector Scope
D-Right Headlight
F-Right Turn Signal
D-Left Headlight
E-Left Turn Signal
K-Instrument LED

The switch and power cable are stuck down together.

The Rear Lights are as follows:
H-Right Turn Signal
I-Rear Lights and Brake Lights
G-Left Turn Signal
J-Afterburn LED
L-Beacon Light

The easiest way to organise the lights in the right order is to insert 3 x AAA batteries in the battery compartment and a CR2032 battery in the remote control. Flick the switch on the underside to the ON position and test the remote control, pressing the buttons to make sure all the lights are working. This will also help ascertain the position of the wires and lights. Pictures 6 and 7 shows the wiring in their organised position.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
