STAGE 47A:
Steering column and dashboard assembly.
Locate the steering column parts 47C, 47D, 47E and 47F. Fit the two stalks, 47E and 47F into the column part 47C, noting they are different to each other. The indicator stalk 47F goes on the right.
Fit the column base, part 47D in place and fix with 2 x BP screws. Note they are incorrectly labelled AP screws in the printed instructions.
Fit the assembly underneath the main dashboard and fix with 2 x FP screws.
Fit the small bracket, part 47I onto the curved slot on the dashboard base, part 47A and secure with 2 x BP screws.
Fit the assembly underneath the main dashboard and fix using 4 x FP screws.

STAGE 47B:
Fit the steering column, part 47B through the bracket and out the other side of the column assembly.
Making sure the angled end of the column is facing down, fit the steering wheel to the column and secure it with 1 x BM screw through the centre of the wheel.
Press the steering wheel centre plate, part 47H in place on the wheel.
Fit the transmission tunnel assembly in place under the dashboard and fix it in place with 2 x FP screws from underneath.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 48A:
Dashboard wiring.
Locate the wires 45C and fit them in place on the top of the dashboard. Feed the wires down the front of the dashboard and under the centre console to exit at the rear.
Feed the wires and plug, part 43A out at the rear of the centre console.
Locate the floor assembly and fit the dashboard and console in place. Fix the parts together with 4 x FP screws from underneath.
Locate the separator and wires, parts 48A and 48B. One at a time, feed the wires through the separator in the correct colour order, so that there is approx. 14cm of wire on each side.

STAGE 48B:
Twist the ends of the wires into a ‘bunch’ and then fit the separator to the top of the dashboard. It will only fit one way.
Feed the 1st ‘bunch’ of wires near the centre of the dashboard down the front and under the dashboard to exit at the rear in the centre.
The other wires feed down the front of the dashboard on the right, under the dashboard to exit at the rear.
Locate the wires 45C and 45D and fit them in place behind the four red connectors on the top of the dashboard in the middle.
Feed the wires along the top of the dashboard on each side, down and underneath to exit at the rear on both sides.

STAGE 48C:
Locate the red wires, 48E. Lay them across the top of the dashboard so the two open strands are just past the middle of the dashboard. Hold them in place for now with a small piece of tape.
Feed the other ends of the wires along the dashboard and down the passenger side, to exit the dashboard underneath at the rear.
The wires on the passenger side can now all be fixed together using a cable tie, part 48I. Cut the excess off after fixing.
Fit the wires, part 48F in the centre right of the dashboard with the four open ends at the top and the other end passing under the dashboard to exit at the rear centre. Fix all the wires here together using a cable tie, 48I.
Locate the wires, 48H and fit them in place on the driver’s side of the centre, with the open ends at the top as before. Feed the other ends of the wires under the dashboard to exit at the rear centre.
Locate the group of wires, 48G and fit them to the left end of the dashboard with the open ends at the top, just behind the gauge housing. Pass the wires down the left side of the dashboard and under, to exit at the rear.
All of the wires here can be fastened using a cable tie, 48I.roymattblack attached the following image(s):

STAGE 48D:
Using the wire location illustrations fit all the wires at the top centre of the dashboard in place on the four red central connectors.
Fit all of the wires 48G in place on the connectors, part 45D in the correct colour order as shown.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 49A:
Adding more dashboard wiring.
Retrieve the car interior and locate the seatbelts, parts 49A and 49B. They are both actually the same so it doesn’t matter which side you fit them.
NOTE: The printed instructions incorrectly show the belt buckles upside down.
Fit the seatbelts in place using 2 x IP screws.
Locate the wires 49D, 49E and 49F and pass them all under the passenger side of the dashboard to exit through the central hole at the rear.
Fix the ends in place behind the dashboard using the bracket 49J and two screws, AP and GP. Make sure the AP screw is fitted on the left.
Locate the two black cables, 49C and pass them through the dashboard in the same way. The ends with the grey fittings on are to the rear of the interior.

STAGE 49B:
Collect all of these fitted cables and secure them together at the end of the footwell with a cable tie, part 49K and cut off the excess.
Fit another cable tie on the wires just past the seatbelt but not beyond the floor panel.
Fit wires 49G and 49H together and secure with two cable ties at approx. 1/3 and 2/3 spacing along the length of the wires. Cut off the excess cable ties.
Fit these wires under and through the dashboard as before, but this time on the driver’s side. Fix the ends of the wires in place behind the dashboard using the bracket 49J and screws AP and GP, screw AP on the left again.
Locate all the wires coming through the dashboard on the left rear side and fix them in place using bracket 49J and two screws, AP and GP as before. Locate all the wires coming through the dashboard on the right rear side and fix them in place using bracket 49J and two screws, AP and GP as before.

STAGE 50A:
Assembling the driver’s seat.
Locate the seat back parts, 50B, 50C and 50D. Fit the sponge, part 50C inside the seat back, part 50D and then fit the frame, part 50B inside.
Locate the seat base parts, 50C, 50G and 50H. Fit the sponge, part 50C inside the seat base, part 50g and then fit the frame, part 50H inside.
Fit the two assemblies together and then fit one of the adjuster wheels, part 50F into the holes in the frames which must be aligned. From the inside, secure the parts with 1 x HP screw.

STAGE 50B:
Repeat this on the other side of the frames with another wheel, part 50F and 1 x HP screw.
Fit the seat back part 50A in place and secure with 5 x DM screws.
Fit the seat base part 50E in place and secure with 4 x DM screws.
Fit the seat to the driver’s side of the interior taking care that the wiring in neatly trapped against the transmission tunnel and the seat belt is properly in place.
Fix the seat from under the floor using 2 x HP screws.
Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 51A:
Assembling the passenger seat.
Locate the seat back parts, 51B, 51C and 51D. Fit the sponge, part 51C inside the seat back, part 51D and then fit the frame, part 51B inside.
Locate the seat base parts, 51C, 51G and 51H. Fit the sponge, part 51C inside the seat base, part 51G and then fit the frame, part 51H inside.
